I do write a lot and sometimes we use my stuff, but only one of the tracks on this album is mine (just music not lyrics). I also recorded and mixed it all, with help from the other two guys. Solstice Posted December 7, 2012 Share Posted December 7, 2012 I wouldn't say so, the thing I like most overall actually is the way the lyrics work with the music, quite poetic lyrics combined with a sort of post-hardcore sound, not something you hear often enough. It seems to me that almost no contemporary bands make much effort with their lyrics, as though it's always an after thought. I love that CreepJoint have great lyrics. The singer actually has a book out "Keeping Britain Tidy" which is extremely well written. Both him and the bassist are half way through their PHDs.
