Tim59
Getting really strong absolution vibes from this song. Best ballad they've done since Blackout, maybe along with redemption. Also, it makes Big freeze seem not as bad, since they kind of compliment each other/ it's a nice change after a slow song.
Kakariki
Once I hoped the seek the new unknown This planet's overrun There's nothing left for you, or for me Don't give in, we can walk through the fields And feeling natures glow But all the land is owned There's none left for you, or for me Who will win? Cos' I concede Free me Free me Free me from this world I don't belong here It was a mistake, imprisoning my soul Can you free me? Free me from this world? A world lush and blue With rivers running wild They'll be rerouted south With none left for you, or for me Don't give in And hear the engines roar And save our crops from drought And when the black gold's in doubt There's none left for you, or for me Fuzzing free(?) Our last hope Free me Free me Free me from this world I don't belong here It was a mistake, imprisoning our souls Can you free me? Free me from this world? Free me I'll free you Free us from this world We don't belong here It was a mistake, imprisoning our souls Can you free me? Free me from this world Go to sleep Made a few changes on what I reckon the lyrics are. It's definitely black gold, not black goes
Furygirl
I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that this is the first ever lullaby about alien explorers and land ownership.
Niall
Does anyone else hear bits of Bowie and the Muse song Soaked in it as well as the Don't Stop Me Now melody?
Ben93
That 'seek the new unknown' line is massively reminding me of 'turning inside out' in the intro of Dont stop me now...i know people get fed up with queen comparisons but that ones really bugging me
JessicaSarahS
It really brings out my inner songbird. I'll be singing this one whenever I can.

Feliz
"Sssshhhhhh Go to sleeep" This, basically. The rest is sort of ... uneventful. Yeah, sure, it's supposed to be a lullaby of sorts, but still, when I try to recall what I have just listened, I can't. It's just ... meh. Bellamy's voice telling a tale of how you can't have that piece of land. Because of stuff. And then it's over. Thank god, really. Quite ... ambiguous. And it won't even grow on me because, sadly, I have no motivation to listen to it again. Also, "feel nature's glow?" Yew filthy hippie!

Riveon
Beautiful. I said this would be my favourite, not disappointed, but much different to what I expected. I'm glad to hear that (haven't listened yet.)
Dee3Dee
A Christmas song that ends on the biggest WTF moment I have ever experienced. It's growing a bit, but I'm still fairly indifferent to it. EDIT: Also realised that this has to be the lullaby Matt was talking about ages ago. Jobby
It's like a combination of Good Night by The Beatles and the opening piano part of Don't Stop Me Now.

MFL
Easily the best ballad since Blackout. Sweet, simple and moving. Nice lyrics too.

This, kind of. Despite the lyrics, it sounds happy. A good companion piece would be the clarinet solo in IBTY. Or just IBTY in its entirety. I just want to frolic in a field of wildflowers. I also agree with the Beatles vibe.
