So I assume it's just an interview that discloses info about the new album, like so many interviews before this one. Probably recorded in August like the rest of them. The exact translation is : "Next Monday, discover Muse's new album exclusively in Swiss one week before its release, with an interview of Matthew Bellamy" It can either mean that we will discover the album and then listen to an interview of Matt, or that we will discover the album through the interview.
