Lord MFC
I actually wasn't as impressed with Follow Me. Thought it sounded better live with the crapper audio quality where that chorus was just BAM This I didn't like it. Or Explorers. Or Big Freeze. Neil.
This I didn't like it. Or Explorers. Or Big Freeze. I'm undecided on a lot of the tracks. Thing is, on first impressions, I still prefer this to TR.

And I think T2L is so so so much more interesting musically. Right back on form imo. It doesn't quite work as an album and is far from perfect, but it is evident that they still have it in them. Phill
I enjoy a lot of the songs, but at the same time they are mostly not the type of songs I'd want to go and see Muse play live. The only tracks that appeal for a gig setting are Supremacy, Survival, Follow Me, Animals and Liquid State.
Neil.
As a whole album I think I might actually prefer TR, I don't like the middle section of t2L At the moment, there's more parts of T2L that I like than parts of TR that I like. To add to that, there's far more parts of TR that I outright disliked than T2L. With T2L, it's not that I hate them and want to punch the music, I just sorta ignore them. Its a very different album, with a lot of variety to it, but yeah, imo it's a big improvement from TR.
Phill
To me Resistance has 5 decent songs, 2nd Law has 6. TR has 2 real shockers and 2L has 3 real shockers. That leaves 4 average songs on TR and 3 on 2L. How does that pan out?
Lord MFC
TR has like 2 decent songs, T2L has 6. TR has 4 reaaal shockers, T2L has 3. TR's rest of the tracks are average, T2Ls are still really good songs. Luckily there are some great ones too Really really really disagree with you for doing this, kinda annoying... completely wrong to do that imo, even though your order is probably better. Apart from Isolated System should be half way though and Supremacy closing.

Dave.
Apart from BH&R all Muse albums end with a slow song. IS fits the role perfectly. Albums aren't like set-lists.

Dominic.
Lolwut? Well you said something along the lines that a slow song fits the end of albums perfectly, then say albums aren't like setlists, implying that slow songs can't finish setlists, hence my post. Your whole post confused me
