I reckon it was some bullshit with the organizers about sponsership so he just found a strap quickly and used it. On a relevant note, got talking to the promoter of a farily big club in Dublin city yesterday. I was telling him about the software I learn, playing house parties etc, and that I was trying to get a demo ep together. He was actually dead sound, and gave me a few tips on what-to-do-next type things. He said to drop in a demo cd next time I'm in town and he'd try to arrange a few gigs for me. Had never listened to them before yesterday but my god why not. 3x3 and Kettling are immense Got taken by a friend to see them in April 2007 - first time I saw Biffy as they were supporting. I knew a little Bloc Party before so enjoyed the stuff I know like So Here We Are, etc. Not heard anything since their second album though. Yea, being made to play mimed songs infront of a global audience n having your ass tore off by them at a certain festval "THEY WERE'NT ALLOWED TO SHOW"...
