Zolic
Was it a limit on how many shows you could apply for? I found their description most ambiguous.
hyper_chondriac_muser
During this time muse.mu members will be able to apply for a maximum of four standing tickets for one show of their choice on the tour. Seems pretty clear .

youaremymuse
I'm having a real issue at the moment, money was taken from my bank instantly when I applied on friday. I haven't recieved any emails conforming they've taken money, no referenece numbers or anything. I tried emailing muse.mu and no reply. If im unsuccessful and they havent put the money back in my account by the 14th I won't be able to afford to buy tickets. They've just taken over £100 from me with no explaination or proof. Will I even get it back? I fear I may have entered the wrong email address that isnt linked to my muse.mu account too =/
Liam511
I applied for some tickets at Glasgow Although I'm starting to worry, I thought I had registered to both muse.mu an the forums, but when i went to log in (AFTER applying for tickets) it said I didn't have an account. Obviously as soon as I saw that I registered. I'm assuming I'll still be eligible since the page says they verify muse.mu members after the applications close, can anyone clear this up? I can only hope I'm still in for a chance since they verify members after today.

LolliBellamy
The post says that tickets will be allocated tomorrow but if you open the thread where you could apply for tickets it says today...so what? Plus any idea of the time we're gonna get the email? Thanks. So anxious!
NicT
It worries me that 250 has been taken from my account even though I have no guarantee of tickets. It's been pre-authorised, not taken. It's so they know they will be paid if you win! Payment will actually leave if successful. Or transaction canceled if not.

Or transaction canceled if not. This. Reading through crowsurge's T&C's it says the same thing, the company reserves money in your account if you have enough so that they can ensure you can still be paid. If successful the money will leave your account, if not you get it back immediately.

Niall
What a complete disaster this has been. The site developers didn't bother checking to see if the site even worked IE9 Stealth https There was no fore warning that there would be activity on the credit/debit card accounts. The website said that no money would be taken from accounts, further confusing people. Some people have seen no activity on their accounts and are panicking. Not all account allow whatever it is that Muse did to the accounts. Some people have been apparently charged double for no reason. The official website offered zero help for people facing any of the above problems so people relied on the messageboard or emailing random emails from the contacts list. (there was a link on tickets.muse.mu but no obvious link from muse.mu direct to the help or to the tickets website) People like Kev, Olly and myself were jointly inundated with confused, angry, worried fans.
