2. What is your favorite Muse song to play on that instrument and why?

Just curious to hear other poeple's opinions.

I play drums and my favorite song to play is Apocalypse Please, but it's probably not my favorite Muse song.

3. No. Muscle Museum and Unintended compete for favourite. Unintened was the first song I learned on guitar however.

Piano: Space Dementia. It's fkn hard, but the long build-up before going apeshit in the ending never gets old.

 

Vocals: Probably Showbiz, or Plug In Baby. Falsetto is fun.

 

None of these are my favourite song though.

2. I really like playing the intro to Bliss, just sounds so nice on guitar but I'd say as a whole New Born just because I love the song so much and It's it good fun to play

1 - Guitar is my main instrument but I also do some piano and vocals

2 - I don't have just one. My favourites to play on guitar are probably New Born, Hyper Music and either Supermassive or Knights. On piano - Citizen Erased's outro and Space Dementia and for vocals - TIRO and maybe Dark Shines.

3 - No, my favourite song is Muscle Museum and, although it is fun to play, I just get more enjoyment out of playing the others.

Yeah, I'll usually play of solo that follows the vocal melody during the outro. Muscle Museum's just a bit too straight forward for me, a bit 'linear' as it were, I prefer songs like Supermassive and The Groove because they offer more room for improv.

I know, and I do use that space, but not as much as the songs I listed - for my forms of improv anyway. Plus, MM doesn't really inspire me to do much improv or have fun with it when I play it apart from the outro.

Helsinki's so much fun to play on drums. So yes, it counts

2. New Born(riff+solo), Stockholm Syndrome(Riff + just going crazy), Invincible(solo), Exo-politics(dunno why, it's just fun).

3. SS & NB are definitely in my top 5, Invincible not so much though.
