Here's another video of Dark Shines, from the other side of the stage. Better video quality, pretty crappy sound quality though.

While using RIP and NME in the same sentence is still a novelty, here's some pure gold:

A small number of festivalgoers wrote that they were disappointed with the two-hour show. "The same old thing, overrated," declared Josephine Wais. Francis Wilson agreed, bluntly describing their set as "shit".

"the same old thing"

I remember seeing someone interviewed by NME after the first night at Wembley last year and they were complaining that they didn't play many songs that they knew!

It's like the universe is backwards. Muse are drowned in praise for mechanically putting out the same old set every night for two years and then change it up for something new at the end of the tour and NME decide to start slating them and publishing those sorts of comments!

The day Muse played OoS in full the universe was always going to collapse inwards

I know! NME have consistantly sucked Muses p33n for years, and then when they play a set like last night and have an amazing stage they turn on them.

I genuinley can't see how any can say the setlist was shit

(I know you weren't Popey btw)

Yes it had the usual pop-affair at the end, but they're still awesome songs! if anything, I wouldn't say it was a downer after Origin, I'd say it was just what you'd expect them to do to keep the mood upbeat

I wont lie, when I saw the set after oos I was a bit :stunned: REALLY? But thinking about it I think I'm a bit too critical and have got to accept that they have to leave old songs behind

This is one of their best sets since Earls Court 04
