Yes, they should release an E shape with that finish, as Hugh as said in the past it's one of his favourites, and a lot of people love the finish, so having an E series to go with the MA, etc, would be a great idea and I think would be very well received. No, it should not be a signature guitar. It wasn't even built for him, so why should any future release have anything to do with him. Unfourtunetly making it from mahogany would be too expensive (Matt says its too heavy but come on, his tiny) so korina maybe? The wah probe would probably be about £399. I doubt they would offer the piezo pick-up though. So full price would be (if it went with what I said) £4594 Which would probably be rounded off to $4599.
