Amazon just doesn't keep up with reports and complaints when they are fake/copyright violations. The CD's been discussed before, and it is in fact a bootleg/fake. There's various sellers with it available, and most of them are also selling bootleg videos ripped from other sources and fake "greatest hits" compilations. Most likely not but I'm no expert although I did find a battered copy of dead star in hmv less than a year ago! I didn't even know they ever sold it! , eBay usually has some good stuff. The mastering is waaaaaay better than the CD ones. For instance, Chris bass is now audible and Matt voice is more clear. The Australian DVD is probably Region 4 and PAL format so that likely has everything to do with it not playing on all devices. The radio edit probably just cuts out some of the intro/middle bits, but there's also a "full length US remix" which I honestly don't really remember what the difference is.
