It's not like Chicago where I'm booking lots of extra time to do fun non-festival meet-up stuff (that and Chicago is making me poor ). That's probably a lot of travel hassle for you. Do you know for sure if you'd reach LA on the 10th? You could always stay at my place or Melina's on the 10th since we literally live 8 minutes from each other (sorry Mel, I'm totally renting your place out without permission ). But yeah, glad you're on board for the full room stay (I assume). Just let me know if the carpool still works for you. Also, do you know when you'll be able to buy your ticket? Ill double check on the arrival when I get home! I dont think there are any hotels that close to the park though (i was lookin for rooms near my friend's in feb, damn difficult). there's just gonna be so many people walking, biking, on public transit... its gonna be stupid-crazy leaving the place. It would be nice to visit my cousins who'll have a new baby right then. And give me a place to stay mid-week as there's that giant gap of "what the fuck am I doing?!" between Chicago and SanFran. Otherwise, every monday and thursday, I do the short hikes behind Arroyo. We can all do that too. sorry for posting this on the Outside Lands thread, feel free to move it as needed. Stay with one of us the night before (the 10th) We will skype about it. My parents and Michael are both looking at hotel pricings in San Fran independently, so we should have that sorted out by next week.
