Hat
come oooon.Muse got a good third of fans after the massive Twilight shit.one of the reasons they got bigger. Why does it matter why they got big? Dominic.
Back of Sport Palace, Kiev Back corner Wembley Stadium. Which would have a better view? Lol. The Kiev view looks fine come oooon.Muse got a good third of fans after the massive Twilight shit.one of the reasons they got bigger. Ofc. Ticket prices are high because Muse have got bigger over the last few years purely cause of 'Twilight shit'. Burn Meyer.

You have statistics for this? I still don't see what this has to do with anything, unless you're suggesting the prices are high because of Twilighters. Buxomflirter Queef
I'm not saying anything about the effects of the piracy. All I am saying is that it doesn't justify the crime. Do you understand? Saying "I can't afford this, so I'll just take it instead" is just...stupid. Sippe I can't afford your virginity. so I'll just take it ok

Dana R.
I never said it was cheaper to book them in other counties. Where did you get that idea from? And what the hell does Twilight have to do with it? Oh right, because I can't possibly understand what it means to not have money. And I couldn't possibly base an argument on pure facts, because I am from Sweden. I think I know why you left. Ignorance does not go well together with discussions. oh, insults.how very nice of you. if you don't think all of it makes sense what are you doing here? there is one simple reason why we started it all: muse fans want to see the band.ticket prices are too high.would've been too high even for europe.muse fans can't buy them.rich muse fans can buy them.as a result 50% of muse fans can't get to the gig. ok?you think the reason is not good enough? well, no one asked you. Dana R.
i don't understand why would you say 'tickets are too expensive because of twilight' i only answered you question. there's no statistics. i think you all got carried away from the main thing Europe 50-60$ Ukraine - 100-130$ i think it's unfair. And I'm saying that you can't start blaming everyone except Muse before you have facts. So here's me, bringing the FACTS: 1. Muse are a huge band, a lot bigger than most other bands you have mentioned that doesn't cost as much to see. They are also a lot bigger than the last time they were in Ukraine. 2. Muse are very expensive to book, this is due to how big they are. These two reasons alone defeats most of your arguments. Not all of them, but most. And I really can't bother to keep repeating myself.

Hat
i don't care who's bigger Placebo are still big and tickets were twice cheaper ...are you even thinking before you post? Bigger bands=higher costs to book Muse fan base>Placebo fan base Muse sellings>Placebo sellings =Muse>Placebo Therefore Muse ticket prices>Placebo ticket prices. It's really easy if you think about it. And I still want to know what Twilight has to do with it.
Buxomflirter Queef
Europe 50-60$ Ukraine - 100-130$ i think it's unfair. It is. But 11 pages of you repeating the same figures isn't going to do you any good. Nor do comments as 'you don't know what it is to be poor'. I sympathise with you Ukraine fans and agree that the prices are ridiculous but your posts annoy me, sorry. I'm guessing this is just frustrations so I understand. And the cheapest price is $

You implied first that tickets are more expensive because of Twilight If there are no statistics why use them in your argument? I think you've got carried away from the main thing? People are complaining that they don't have the chance to see the band because ticket prices are too high.. UK £41.25 USA $47.80 (which I work out as equivalent to £29?) Ukraine 500UAH which is equivalent to under £50 No-one's saying it's fair that you are charged so much more for a seat closer to the stage, but the demand for it is there so they can charge those prices, however, if you really do want to see them there's always the seats at the back, where you will still be able to see the show from considering Muse's stage setups

jackparker
How do you know that? Aren't there lots of contingencies? It's just a flat rate booking fee is it? I was foolish enough to make contact with Geoff Meal about Muse Booking Fee's because I was curious (and I was organising a charity event and just for fun asked what it would cost to book Muse). He told me it would cost approximately 1million pounds to book Muse. He also said it was 500,000 for My Chemical Romance (who he is also agent of) Muse's booking company is The Agency Group, who are the most famous booking company in the world. I was also on the phone to Geoff's assistant Claire (nice lady), who confirmed the price for me. Edit: It's just 1million for the booking itself, with no extra costs added on. It was this much because apparently Muse had a crew of 148 people for the tour, even for Casino de Paris it was a big number.

MCR is, if I remember correctly, a band pretty close to Placebo in terms of fans and size. Correct me if I'm wrong. Muse are charging the double of what MCR is charging, therefore double the ticket prices makes perfect sense.

Dana R.
well i'm sorry if i annoyed anyone it's not all my 11 pages of posts i was a bit too harsh to comment about where you live, sorry about that the main thing is these prices are shocking for people who earn about 2000UAH to be exact the cheapest tickets are 62$ (here 1$ = ~8UAH) people thought they would get to fanzone1.surely most of them will buy 500UAH tickets. i will leave this thread now because it doesn't make any sense anymore. you can't help our problems obviously of course here in Ukraine our main goal is to lower the price for me it is to know how would Muse comment that
