Do I pay after or before receiving my oredered product?

Sorry for my ignorance about the internet merchandising:D...but,in this site,do I have to pay before I receive the product or maybe after?

No shop/store (internet/physical whatever) would have you pay after you get/acquire something.

 

I would have thought that was obvious.

Yeah, it's in Italian. I can't understand that...

 

And if they send stuff to people and THEN get payment, they're obviously far too trusting. And possibly VERY stupid.

the driver brings you the product and you pay him in his hands..i think it's a good solution...

 

with "in this site" i meant that,as i just explained,there's some sites where you don't need to pay before

 

however,i think it's not a fault being a bit inezperienced in this field,do you?:D

And no, you didn't 'just explain' anything. You posted a link to a site; that's not exactly an explanation; it's an example.

I just had to add that in there...lol

 

but yea not many people have that logic, or have any clue about ordering online...

I am an ebay member and you'd be surprised the questions potential buyers have...but I don't ever make them feel dumb...

But eh a simple...'yes you do have to pay before' would have been a better answer and would have avoided the whole argument...

I'm an ebay member too, and I know the sorts of questions buyers ask. And yes, some of them are ridiculous.

 

Next time I'll let people (potentially) get ripped off, or be disappointed, and keep my gob shut.

Maybe you just need to be a little more understanding of those who don't have as much experience with the internet, or English isn't their first language.

 

No need to snap at people, he just wanted some help. :)

Thank you:DIt's true:I have not any type of experience about buying on the net,sincerely and,no,english is not my first language:)I'm a "she" however:)

 

Anyway,I odered my product ant it's on its way...so everything is going ok:D

Did you order a product on muse merchandise store ?

Cause i ordered one in August and they couldn't send it to me, they said they had an administrative error. I was so disappointed but I ordered another one yesterday. I hope it will work this time.

yes I did.

It's the Muse sweatshirt,and the day after(or two days after,I don't remember)they told me my sweatshirt had been dispatched by Royal Mail and that now I can track the progress of my delivery by entering my tracking number(which they gave me)on the Royal Mail site...and now it's travelling towards Italy.

 

But if they had an admistrative error,they would have given your money back...didn't they?

Yeah they refunded me.

I didn't know they send a mail and we can track the progress of our order. That's really nice, i'm a bit worried as I had a problem with the first time i ordered in this site. I hope it will work. Thanks. :)

If they send you an e-mail confirming your order and then another informing you about the dispatch,then you won't have any problems.(If you ordered rather recently,then they could inform you in a few days.)

 

I hope you don't have troubles:D
