i guess if your VST/AU and sample collection is okay right now, just go for live 8.

 

you planning on looking into max for live at all? i was kinda gutted i dont use live when they announced that

 

The problem I've got is Ableton doesn't seem to want to see VSTs on the Mac, so the thinking behind getting Suite is to have a few more synths that work on both computers, but the upgrade to Live 8 will cost me less than £20.

 

Yeah, gonna get Max for Live the second it's out :p

funny, vsts were not a problem with my live on mac.. you set your secondary folder etc correctly?

It reads the AUs, but not the VSTs :confused:

 

 

Cubase stopped opening altogether though and not had any luck sorting that. If I have to rebuild I'd rather sell the Mac in all honesty.
