It already is possible and already possible to go far beyond the capabilities of the Kaoss Pad.

 

 

 

Because of Muse & this forum it's so easy to absolutely hate Kaoss Pads.

here we go, iphones mounted on guitars. then people ripping screens out of iphones and sticking them on guitars.

a DS is better. Cheaper than an iPhone and you can use the buttons on it.

Why would you want your phone to do this shit anyway? When I get to my studio, I turn my phone off, and my pedals on. I'd quite like a go with a KAOSS pad but then if it rang and it was my mum it'd bust my groove man.

Haha, I don't think most people would be smart (?) enough to rip the screen out, seeing as they still think it's a kaoss pad built into Matt's guitars...
