On this forum we are extremely limited in how we can help with any of your orders. 99 times out of 100 the only course of action recommended is to contact Help Centre for assistance. We do not have any extra information on the shop, orders or products sold. So do consider that before reading on. This thread is to be used for all matters relating to the shop which cannot be resolved by this simple email. I saw this merch at {Show Y} will this be available in the store? Again no idea, I'm afraid. Maybe emailing the shop will yield results but probably not, just a wait and see normally. Can you explain the sizing in the store? We don't have any info apart from whats on the site i'm afraid. I have contacted Help Centre and they haven't replied They can be a bit slow with their replies at times, give them time. If the time length before a reply is unreasonable, either email them again or send an email to uk-customerserviceteam@wmgcustomerservice.com. You can post/rant about it here, but we'll not be much help.

  4. i have ordered a t-shirt like a month and a half ago and have problems with delivery. main support doesn't work (http://store.muse.mu/ru/contacts), it just cant send massage. writing an email doesnt help aswell because there is no email as written in support (ru_service@warnerartists.net). second email (help@muse.mu) doesnt give me a response for a month. I just don't know where to ask else. could you tell me at least proper working support email or site? i can't even take my money back
  5. I pre ordered the gatefold vinyl of the 2nd Law and it shows my card being charged twice for the amount? The first time I entered my information the order took forever to process so I refreshed the page and reentered my information. It lead to a successful pre order and an email confirmation. I then checked my online statement and it showed my card being charged twice for $35.00 What gives? Help!
  6. Hi!! Dont know if there is any thread like this, but i made a search and it came up with no results, but then again it always comes up empty... Glastonbury was a pretty good and at the same time bad moment for Muse!! They usually say that was a great gig but it was also when Dom's father died from a heart attack! The purpose of this thread is to show Dom and the guys our support and that we are with them even if we can not attend the concert! And to all you lucky guys out there who are going make some noiz for me(please?! hehe) and mostly for DOM and his family!!! I love you Dom, be strong!!! Wish i could be there!!
  7. Logged into the members area on Monday and all my photos are no longer there. The message states I haven't uploaded any. I uploaded my photos from Wembley and Teignmouth. The Teignmouth ones have been up for 2 months and the Wembley ones for at least 6 months. Why have they been removed or lost?
  8. Is it possible to make it so that Vimeo videos can be embedded like youtube clips? The videos can be embedded and come supplied with their own embed html code. It wouldn't be that hard to allow them to be embedded in here would they?
