  1. Anyone know how long the voting is open for? For SBE it closed a week before the gig, so I'm curious how it'll work here given that the gig is in 6 days. Maybe that's why the list is less populated, they don't want to rehearse anything they know they can't play easily.

     

    The vote closes on the 20th... These are my thoughts exactly.

  2. I’m also looking for any available +1s by the looks of it. Was refreshing constantly all morning but, like a lot of people, got shafted by stupid technical problems. If anyone’s got one or sees someone advertising and can point me to them, I’ll be massively grateful :( be gutted to miss out on the vote but it’s better than not going at all

     

    You had to put the names of both ticket holders in. So doubtful plus 1s will come up.

  3. Same. Some people are in but I'm getting nothing, it's already too similar to previous ticket experiences where it just crashes and only a handful of people actually get through ughhh :'(

     

    Try using a different browser. I'm on the box office landing page by using Explorer instead of Chrome.

  4. Have some work commitments that are looking to prevent me from going to this gig unfortunately. TM sent me the below message yesterday regarding resale of my ticket;

    Hello David,

     

    Thanks for your email and I'm sorry for any confusion caused.

     

    There are some really strict terms and conditions for this event and the cardholder must actually be going to this event. The event organisers put this in place to prevent tickets from being resold, so we're not in a position to override their policy. With that in mind, we were sure to make it very clear when you booked that the tickets can't be passed on or transferred to anyone else, to avoid situations like this from coming up. See screenshot attached.

     

    We don't have the authority to make any exceptions. I can only suggest you pass the ticket to a friend or family member to use if you can't attend. If you choose to do so, we'll be happy to transfer the payment for the booking onto his/her card. This would mean that we'd take payment for the booking from his/her card and then refund yours, making him/her the cardholder for the order.

     

    If you're happy to go ahead with this, please call us on 0333 321 9999 and we'll process this for you.

    Seems to be a lot of contradictory statements from TM floating about regarding resale/transfer. They even seem to contradict themselves in this email by saying you can't transfer and then saying they can. I'm going to call them later to clarify but if anyone is still looking for a ticket PM me and will see if we can arrange something.

  5. Typical of Muse, too afraid to play what the fans want, Fcuk Me, though I've not voted its very cheeky, only because they are so lazy they don't want to rehearse the songs, Mr Pro Brexit had to have chosen the songs he wanted eh.............

     

    Though I'm not keeping up with much will the set be announced before the gig or will they do it on the night to keep us in suspense?

  6. Ok fair enough I suppose. I don't think there'll be very many people in a similar situation though so your choices probably don't stand much chance in the vote. They might get played as part of the "stuff we've played a million times" section of the gig though.

     

    Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but a little thread reading and sensitivity may have come in handy.

     

    I just feel bad for people who didn't get a ticket having to read someone defending these choices though. Not the right place for it.
