I'll join in the trend - Dead Inside - 7/10 Psycho - 8/10 Mercy - 8/10 Reapers - 10/10 The Handler - 10/10 Defector - 9/10 Revolt - 6/10 Aftermath - 8/10 The Globalist - 8/10 Drones - 6/10 80/100. Spot on where I'd rate it. That also said, I'd rate this album somewhere inbetween OoS and BHaR Abso > OoS > Drones > BHaR > TR > Showbiz > T2L I think it's a lot more cohesive an album than T2L or TR was, and naturally I have to rate it as better, and for me, BHaR, while a stellar album, doesn't match some of the better tracks from Drones in Reapers and The Defector for me, although Map of the Problematique and Assassin (GOB) are still right up there.

My only wish is that the heavy part of the Globalist went somewhere, that countdown was fucking epic, and the riff itself was massive, it should've gone somewhere, then broken off into a separate song with the piano. Shame, because the four minutes leading up to it and the three or four after it don't warrant a full listen that often.

Absolution > Origins of Symmetry > Drones > Black Holes & Revelations > Showbiz > The 2nd Law > The Resistance for me. Love Drones overall, except for Drones. That is pretty funny.

Ahhh I did giggle a little at Drones. I get that its meant to be the nice conclusion to the take of the protagonist blah-de-blah, but it is out of space, and it feels like filler to their lack of 12th track. This isn't a SONG, it's an outro.

I haven't heard a single fucking song that I wouldn't say bombs everything since BHaR out of the pond. It's fantastic. Even Revolt has a nice little mainstream pop rock charm to it, for me.

Proper fantastic track. Massively dark feeling to it with that up tempo mid section... Amazing. This is more than I was hoping for, for this track, and based on how good Reapers was, now this, this album is going to be their best for fucking YEARS.
