Replied to the email that was sent, guess I'll hear on monday. The order shows only account page, just not received confirmation or download. Have checked spam as well

I got 4 emails detailing common problems but still no download email or order confirmation. Wonder if the delay is because I paid with paypal

I'm still waiting for my download link, no reply from customer services and no order confirmation but the order shows in my account Tried calling CS but it went thorough to someones voicemail, left them a message, hope i get the download link at some point out of interest, does the download show in my downloads section as well?

I'm still waiting for the confirmation emails, i see the order has appeared in my account section but i have no download in my downloads Think i'll leave it a bit and hope it goes in there

Logs me out when i hit any links at the bottom too. I was also curious about the emails being sent, i just sent a seperate email to the email address on the paypal receipt and i got a returned email saying sender unknown, guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow see what happens
