Hi everyone I have London tickets and have seen the announcement that ticket holders can swap to Bristol tickets if preferred. I live in Bath and desperately want to swap to Bristol but I have had no contact from Ticketmaster. I have filled out their online form and I have heard nothing and I can’t get through on the phones. Has anyone been able to swap tickets yet and how did you do it? Please help.
