  1. I didn't think standing tickets were too badly priced, the 165 seating seemed very steep though. I managed to get 2 arena standing tickets, took me about 6 refreshes after saying i was in a queue, didn't realise how lucky i was to run into no problems until reading through this page!
  2. It's not about "rotation of songs", the energy was terrible, they looked lazy and bored. Basically they just looked like Drones playing through a setlist. But saying that if you really are happy with how Muse are these days, then I'm happy for you.
  3. Not at all, i went to 6 Gigs before download proceeding from 2003 to Download and then London, Prague and Belfast gigs after Download. I'm also heading to Reading festival this year, but i am pretty sure this is going to be the one that tips the scales to never again for me.
  4. Well i dunno, Psycho live totally makes up for it's length, I utterly hate it when muse keep trying to add orchestras to the music, makes it sound so cheesy. I can't see this song being anything other than utterly dull live. The biggest problem is whilst they keep making this horrible music to try and generate new "fans" they are losing more than they are gaining and the crowds at the gigs now are so boring it's beyond belief. I don't really understand why they keep doing it, because even Muse themselves look bored playing live at the moment. They haven't had a decent gig since Download Festival.
  5. I've seen muse 4 times this year, and coldplay once at Wembley. I love Muse and in total I've seen them 9 times!! Coldplay blew them out the water at Wembley this year and this just seems like another lack lustre performance to me Download festival destroyed this! I think Coldplay are going to destroy it again on Sunday! Muse seem to care less and less these days, I thought Glastonbury might re-invigorate them! I was going to go to Bucharest rocks at the end of July but I'm seriously reconsidering -.-
  6. Your answers are far from polite, you just assumed you knew exactly what had happened without actually asking any questions of the situation. So if you want to be an ignorant arsehole then so will I.
  7. Cant believe I missed this either. There is no name on the floor at a gig, not that I noticed anyway, I'm sure I'm free to stand where I want. So what if I get there earlier then go to the bar/toilet? your a douche thinking your more entitled to a spot than I am.
  8. your a bigger ******, I got there plenty early enough. Then I go to the bar get a drink/toilet/smoke whatever. I'm not going to stand there like a ******* waiting inside the arena for 2 hours just because I might accidently get back in front of you after. So rethink your life you sad ***** ****
  9. I went to the Chvrches gig at Royal Albert Hall. Had to get through to the front because again the crowds are dead. As you walk through the crowd to get to the jumpers people stop and have a go at you for "getting in front of them" so what are we suppose to do?
  10. HAARP is going to look 10 times better than the shit they are currently putting on, its so lifeless. It seems the production sucked life out of Muse which is a huge shame. Lets hope they liven up for the England Gigs, because at the moment its so bland just watching Matt walk around like he doesn't give a shit anymore.
  11. Well I don't see anything confirming either of those statements on google? If he is bored to shit of certain songs stop playing them surely? Not as if the crowd really want to see half arsed versions of songs just because Matt thinks they are "too popular" to drop? I mean even PiB is now seeing rotation, so why not smbh and tiro? Also I saw them at Download last year and they seemed really up for it and blasted a great set. Much better looking gig than these "world tours" have looked.
  12. Well I've got tickets booked for Belfast, London and Prague now so I'm hoping I'll get a few rotations at least :S I don't really know what to make of the set lists so far they seem bang average at times. Also Matt seems a lot less eccentric these days and I don't think that's a good thing, I preferred it when he ran around wielding his guitar like a battle axe, now he just seems to walk around like he doesn't care so much. I think the SMBH solo at Paris pretty much summed it up for me, he really didn't look like he cared and he normally rocks the solo in that song!
  13. On a side note guys, how do you think muse compare now to Wembley 2007 (I just rewatched it on youtube) in my opinion Wembley 2007 was Muse at the peak of there powers, vocally Matt was so strong and he actually looked like he enjoyed tearing riffs apart.
  14. What are the chances of Belfast and Prague also being moved? I live in England and those are the 2 shows I am going to, I was going to book my flights and hotel this weekend but I now have my doubts about doing so! Also I've checked some videos on youtube of the drones world tour and is anyone else slightly underwhelmed? I've seen muse 6 times already and the videos on youtube have not excited me at all. Maybe it's just the American shows and they are just getting into the swing of things, but imo there are just too many dates on this world tour I just hope they don't suffer burn out which will create some lacklustre shows.
  15. Hey guys, 4 of us travelling from the England for this one as well as going to Prague in June. We will be turning up on the 5th and leaving on the 7th so pre-show beers if anyone is interested?
