  1. I sometimes wonder if we're being too harsh with Warner... I mean, let's not forget all these amazing Twitter competitions they ran where the top prize was a copy of T2L. Clearly, they care about the fans.
  2. Their tweet about the petition was one of the most passive-aggressive corporate tweets I had ever seen.
  3. Has anyone in Europe noticed how a lot of YouTube videos seem to be removed or muted, at the moment (b-sides, live performances...)? I can understand why they would remove, say, any studio versions of Host because they want us to buy the song, and, at a stretch, why they would mute live performances freely available through muse.mu (Fury at the Royal Albert Hall, for example), but live pro shots that can't be enjoyed legally any other way and which had been online for a while, really? The most confusing part is that they mute/remove random stuff, yet HAARP and Rome are still up /Rant (I had no idea where to post this, so just chose this thread as the full version of the Gran Rex was recently removed...)
  4. Yeah, same, though I'd say Coachella comes at a close second. The Fan Eye one also has a great sound, but I'm not a huge fan of the guitar work in the latter part of the song. Every other proshot (Saitama, Personal, Las Vegas, etc.) seems a bit weak to me, for some reason
  5. I was so disappointed when I realised that this also occurred on the DVD's Unsustainable Having the song as a bonus is bad enough, no need to make it worse by only giving us live audio and a couple of performances edited together for the video...
  6. I am sure they could use social media intelligently to create exciting and stimulating challenges -- in my opinion, the issue, rather, is that the straightforwardness of what needs to be done to unlock content nowadays makes it more difficult to see it as something more than a boring marketing campaign. The contrast between the 2009 treasure hunt and the recent "retweet to unlock Starlight" campaign is particularly striking, I find.
  7. Ah, true, I had forgotten about how these links were hidden in the first place... Well then, our only hope is in the elves thread, now
  8. Well at least they didn't give us a pdf to build a replica of this summer tour's stage...
  9. That would be a great opportunity to show Unsustainable, but I guess we'll just get Starlight...
  10. I will, at the city centre's Cineworld. Do you think there's a need to get there early? I wouldn't mind watching the fireworks first
  11. I doubt they ever will, to be honest. If you are not already aware of it, though, they made a couple of acoustic live sessions: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CbsuqHUTO7k
  12. Damn :/ In case you never reupload it, I don't suppose there's any chance of you sending me your recent long video in which you juxtaposed Matt's notes throughout the year? It was pretty much my favourite thing on YouTube...
  13. Yeah, I'm starting to realise it's actually pretty difficult to convince non-fans to pay to go and see a film of a gig...
  14. Same... Is it only the Showcase for Glasgow, then? I don't even know where it is :/ EDIT: Oh, never mind, Cineworld just put it on their website.
  15. Indeed, I remember him mentioning this book in an interview. Perhaps even in two of them (at a stretch!), now that I think about it.
  16. Then again, Tampa Bay 2013 was Muse's longest gig ever in Florida (with probably around 5 more songs than the previous record-holding gig for the state), and there's a fairly good chance that this gig was, performance wise, their best ever as far as Florida is concerned... He did play the guitar..?
  17. What do you think of it now? To be honest, I'm pleasantly surprised by its tone...
  18. Seriously? Try comparing today's performance ( ) with the half a step down version that Fabri had posted earlier (http://picosong.com/Rx9g)
  19. It definitely is one of these staple live songs which have been consistently brilliant and enjoyable every single tour. And if anything, it's actually getting better and better.
  20. I know this is not a proshot, but for some reason, Chile 2008 has always been my favourite performance of B&H. I think it's the kind of song which works so much better with a strong crowd reaction/singalong, and I love how the camera focuses on Matt during the piano solo. Also, the way he hits and holds that final note
