how would a can of beans know anything about terms and conditions
Well at least I did not read them.
Unlike others.
-
maybe was a fake site
Definitely not -- all the terms and conditions were legit.

I want it now, i want it now...give me your heart and soul ...
I feel like this is a reference to something?

Pretty much all my favourite live versions of Muse songs are very early after they were released, so I'm really hoping the festivals will have awesome feeds like ACL had.
-
MotP was no different for me, although I enjoyed it more on the latest tour for some reason.
Fair enough, but I wonder why..? The crowds seemed less into it than for the previous two tours, and of all the pro shots we got from the T2L era (iTunes, ACL, Personal...), none of them seem as solid to me as, say, any 2010 performance. I can't really pinpoint why, though.
-
The four songs off BH&R which got played during the T2L tour all suffered from a dip in performance quality compared to previous tours.
-
Also, the two times that Muse have released an album before or around festival season, they've played some UK festivals that same year.
I might bet £1 on the 8/1 odds for Glastonbury 2015 ^_^
-
Woah, amazing. Sad they cut it from dvd.
At least they learnt from their mistakes and didn't cut any great performances of songs on the 2013 DVD...
-_-
-
Unsustainable and IS were both written with the T2L tour in mind, I am sure they'll both be dropped next tour.
-
Wasn't that around the time they started using a metronome? Matt seems bored
Wait, so the fact that they have in-ear monitors during the Showbiz era doesn't necessarily mean they had a metronome..?
Suddenly I'm not sure I understand what monitors are for
-
I'm pretty confident he does... not sure what your point is?

Ok, the Shepherds Bush one does sound a bit weak, but as a general rule, I still prefer versions like these

rather than the standard 'watered-down' reverb effect (terrible description, sorry) we usually get like here:
-
Jesus I had forgotten how good that one was, thanks!
KoC is the only song I can think of for which I prefer less vocal effects rather than more during the first hald -- imo, any other song is improved by adding, and I'd love to hear Survival with distortion.
-
That's true, I'm pretty sure one of the reasons why I prefer Montreal's Micro Cuts to Reading's is the sexy effect during the chorus.
He really should use more distortion.
-
I'm not sure whether it's the effects on Matt's voice or just the awesomeness of that scream, but Trabendo's first "I wish I could" is my favourite ever.
Actually, make it my favourite Matt scream.

I had just assumed that Tom had brought the footage to Dom's house, rather than him already having 15 years worth of tape in his closet.
-
For the last few years I've been consistently obsessed with it.
It took me ages to finally hear the falsetto in the last chorus (not something to be proud of, as it sounds completely obvious now -_-), but the fact that I had to listen to that song so closely for a long time means that it grew on me like no other.
-
Helpful response
@AdamsUprising: I don't think there's a full bootleg of the song, sadly.
I realise this is far, far from ideal, but here's the 2nd half of the song as I had recorded it just in case somebody wants to listen again to the awesome ending.

Take out Animals & US and Matt may as well have said "Hey Brisbane, you suck!" on that goddamn megaphone.
It's the built up excitement from the previous gigs that must have made it particularly cruel for those who attended...
Like, Perth got Hyper Music, Adelaide got Bliss, and Melbourne got Fury + CE -- making Brisbane remarkably anti climactic.
-
Eventually, only videos from this year's Coachella festival will remain, then...
-
all dead star videos still up with audio, same with sunburn.
...and yet, on the other hand, both performances of Micro Cuts this tour have been muted. I don't think I had ever had seen amateur shots being muted before -- how are we supposed to prove SpiralStatic1 wrong if they disable access to some of Matt's best performances?
Like, why are there a few thousand Starlight vids, and non of them blocked, but there's only a few surviving unblocked videos of TiRO?
Confusing.
I am so so confused by this as well. For now, here, we don't seem to have problems with TiRO, but Stockholm Syndrome has definitely been targeted in the last few weeks... Do they just cherry pick songs off some albums, then?

I still prefer this interpretation to "Warner will tweet about any NME article which features Muse"
-
I mostly meant it tongue in cheek, but from what I remember, Warner has never really endorsed, nor commented on any fan 'campaigns' before. The fact that they claim to be supportive of this petition, when they know pertinently well that the band won't do a 20th anniversary tour seems to me to be an attempt to look like the good guys while going against the interests of Muse; as this coincides with a time when Muse seems to want to drop Warner, I'd say the tweet is passive aggressive
-
Yeah I did realise I wouldn't get much sympathy from US YouTubers, with that post...
But I definitely feel your pain, now :/
Ugh, if Warner still own rights to Muse's back catalogue while being butthurt that they haven't renewed their contract, it doesn't bode well for the future.

The Cathouse and Polo both offer free entry for those who went to the gig beforehand, by the way -- I love the idea of a Muse after party
