Just standard intro - verse - chorus - verse - chorus - bridge - chorus structure.
In my opinion, the better Muse songs don't follow that structure (or atleast it's not blatantly obvious). E.g. Knights, Citizen Erased, etc.
Although, admittedly most of their songs do follow the standard structure.
how is CE not verse-chorus-verse?

nothing wrong with doing covers, but your album should contain your own songs ffs. if you feel like doing covers, do it as a side project, like dillinger's plagiarism. but don't use album space that could've been used for your own material. unless of course if you've run out of ideas, which isn't really surprising from today's mewz.

honestly I don't even know what a single is anymore... no physical copies anymore, so what's the point really? so that people can download it seperately? why if they already have the whole album? so that it gets a video? people don't watch music videos anymore.. so that it gets radio play? it was already on bbc's playlist before it was released as a single

I'm not really bothered by how he does the verses in MC... the montreux version has that effin sharp guitar tone that makes it sound awesome and heavy as fuck. so that's kinda why it's my favorite.
