  1. It's ok, but another case of not being special in any way. So I don't see myself hardly ever listening to this in the future.
  2. I thought it was okay. I'm surprised to see so many people loving it THAT much.
  3. A couple pics on their IG story of Matt playing a ukulele backstage.
  4. Oh ok, gotcha. I just remembered Matt saying in some interviews that he thought Fury was the best song they'd ever written but Chris and Dom voted for The Small Print to make the album instead.
  5. I was just responding to the first sentence of his post.
  6. I thought Matt said he thought Fury was the best thing they'd ever done?
  7. Just btw, it's "with the chill." I assume that's the part you mean. A couple thoughts on the show: Wow, was that Showbiz vocal amazing. I thought his voice would be a lot more gassed but he still managed to really go for it and nail it. That PiB performance was funny. I liked how Matt randomly laughed heading into the second chorus.
  8. Great to know. Also 2011 SD was definitely better imo. Still great though. That ending is maybe the most epic thing they have live.
  9. Not only are the lyrics drastically worse than they used to be, but they're also usually more isolated from the music and in the forefront, rather than mixing in with the music. Also, I think a major difference is that Matt's singing (even if the lyrics weren't great) used to carry so much more emotion along with the music. Nowadays almost every song seems devoid of genuine emotion. That's why The Handler still stands up as one of my favorite Muse songs, because it gives me that emotion that has been missing for so long now.
  10. Well I haven't been keeping up with it so that was the information I was asking for. So not beside that fact. But yeah, just seemed like with Matt's wording, in addition to the numerous studio posts and multiple guitars, that it was an album.
  11. Really wanting to watch this but BBC is taking down any youtube videos within 30 minutes of them going up.
  12. I really don't understand why Muse always front loads their sets with the exciting stuff, then it's just like 8 dull songs in a row to end the gig. Even watching all the casual fans on the US tour, they were getting bored during the string of "popular" songs, because there's suddenly no energy.
  13. Most have probably seen this, but holy shit was not expecting that sustain on the falsetto. I also really like the top-down lights.
