Not having your opinion pandered to is a healthy way to grow as an individual. You learn to either back up your points or ignore those people.
Expecting opposers to be punished is a silly way of imaging the world. Do I aways agree with Dee, Fabri and Tjet? No. Should they be punished for it? No.
By that logic, you should be punished for having the opinion in the first place.

Every few weeks I get into a sub-frenzy and spend hours looking up ways to increase the subs on my bass tone, like, shaking the room subs. And every time I forget that my previous search ended in someone telling me I'd need a crazy PA system with crazy subwoofers to do it

Is the second half of Drones really as bad as some of the reactions in the album thread last night?
I think a lot of people are over reacting. I don't think it's their worst. And it has some of the best stuff they've done in years.

Listening back to some of the other songs, they're starting to make sense. There is a very cohesive sound throughout, something Muse has been lacking big time.
I still don't like Dead Inside though.

I've been a fan of Muse for around 10 years at this stage and I'd always felt I'd missed the great songs, that I was a fan of a band that was over the hill. This is such a relief :'(
