Funny how people notice. I was on vacation for a bit, and I prefer not to tell the world my exact location by the minute for my own safety
I know I sound paranoid, but I go by the "better safe than sorry" approach most times. Nothing against musers or anyone really, but that is why I didn't simply post to say I'm going to be away... especially since I knew I was coming back -
This is probably the most realistic dream I have read in a long time on this thread. I know it sounds like an oxymoron, but what I mean is that it doesn't sound like someone made it up just for post and didn't actually dream it. Or there are a tonne of very addicted and fan girl fans. Is that really a global issue? "Dude your engaged!... oh, oh well carry on" U2 reference anyone?

Oh yea, that one That would make sense... especially if you recently saw the clip of Dom out in the middle of a field with sheep smacking a drum I don't want to go too long into this one, but I had a dream that I was on a cruise vacation, and I remembered in the dream that some of my fav musicians were on vacation at this same place (it was warm with older european buildings... but I don't know where it was meant to be if anything specific). I doubted I would see any of them, but kinda got a little excited at my luck for simply landing there at that time anyway without any previous planning. I was walking along a boardwalk when a huddle of people was approaching (not directly to me) in front of me, and in the centre I saw Matt! I didn't do anything, because I just went in shock with my luck of actually seeing him! And I didn't want to bother him anyway, because I didn't know what to do and didn't want to piss him off. I suppose I didn't have a camera with me, otherwise I would have just asked for a picture and had him on his way. I realized the three other men around him, who looked normal, dressed normal, were likely body guards. I knew this for sure when I turned around and saw one walking backwards Then, as I'm walking all excited down the boardwalk, I get to the end and just off of it onto a dirt path. Matt was walking quite quickly to a destination I suppose, and the person I saw next at the end was Kate, which had a little more attention around her and was getting all shy. I think I saw one photographer try to take pictures between the body guards around her, which were for whatever reason a little more spread out than they were with Matt (neither though looked uncomfortable. They weren't shoulder to shoulder with him or anything). She was walking with her son Ryder, but I don't know what Ryder looks like in reality, and I don't remember much from the dream. I think he had brown hair. That's all I know. (So much for this not taking long... anyway!) I believe Kate was wearing white, and because I don't really remember the position of her left hand, I think she may have been carrying Bingham all wrapped in a white blanket in that arm. After that I was, duh, really shocked, and sort of kid to myself "haha! Now all I need to do is see Chris". Well, yea, he walked by when I was touring a street, and I think I did say "Hi Chris!", to which he smiled back. I kept walking anyway, so he wasn't rude when he simply smiled to me and kept walking. That was the Muse-y part of it. The other part involves a much more unique encounter with Thom Yorke and after that part, it all went down hill. Oh, except I saw an entrance to Wembley and I got all excited to see, so I opened the door (it was like a performers entrance or something) and it was this tiny theatre! I reasoned that they had the rest closed off But after that it all ended in an Armageddon chase scene where I was being tracked by my cell phone. Yay

Hmmm, the smile is interesting. That was probably a "you-know-and-I-know" smile. That would be why he turned away without doing anything. The other one is pretty cool, but the only thing I can think of is that you particularly noticed in some Muse song the use of percussion?

That is scary shit... They're not kidding when they (I know, who the hell is they?) say your dreams are a twisted replay of your day. No I know. If he did, I would very likely shame him for poor parenting. I'm sorry I don't remember the dream I commented on But clearly your brain was on a roll there! Yep, that was definitely the sign. THEY'RE GOING BROKE!!!!

Sexaaaaay I think Matt was an ice fisherman in a parka in my dream... the streets were clear ice with orcas swimming under. Then my worst fear--giant wave of water on both sides of the street, and I got swept away. When the water cleared, and I was flat on my face on the ice, I look to the side and I see Matt in a parka flat down too with a fishing rod in his hand... the snaggle tooth suited actually really well for some reason with that old worn fisherman look. But anyway....

Yea! It's to reduce (but never eliminate) the lack of face to face conversation, and to sound like a computer! Haha! It makes it a little more human. But you know, a computer can be more human by adding smileys to their conversation then.......

I don't know... Band members just happen to be in the collage of possible people to appear in my dreams, so it isn't anything more than random. To me, it's just as 'weird' as your neighbor being in a dream, even though you've only exchanged smiles and hardly know them. I don't stare at pictures of members of bands for hours (guys or girls), and members of other bands make appearances too, so I think it just happens. And sometimes its just entertaining enough to post! Well, this is just me... some people post dreams here pretty often... They just HAD to include it Yea, not every post is a dream (yours truly provides plenty of examples ) Aww! I think you must have sub consciously been thinking of that Aus. picture with Dom holding a koala! I'm gonna say that Matt was the real jerk here, but this consistency of Dom being out of character in dreams is quite amusing. And the Blur dream was interesting as well, I just had to cut down on my smileys Stupid limit

So long there is no number Dom has sisters...? How many James can be related to this band!? Two is enough! But I can totally see that if its a boy... although I'm thinking its more likely to be a girl... but who really knows, 50/50 shot at it. I wonder what Kate's middle name is then?

Wow that's just a muddle of hilarious insanity Just reading it was a bit ADHD I hope you mean cologne... My dream now. It all seemed quite mysterious, and I felt like such a devil. I think I found Matt's personal phone number, but because I felt so in the wrong, I must have gotten this thing in a really sneaky way. It was a pitch dark room except for the glow of the phone screen. I was nervous, but I dialed it, and Matt answered not friendly, but not angry either. I immediately tensed up and started shaking. I don't remember a tonne of details, but I posed as someone, and just a few seconds into the call he started shouting at someone in the room (not at me), and there is when he sounded angry. I'm pretty sure I was afraid he'd caught onto me, so I threw the phone. That's all I remember. So out of my personality.

If a muser was travelling with me, we would make them for each other. Otherwise, if you really want to make some, pm some to me! It sounds like you yourself was the real one confused being only half concious, but was "told" through Dom and Matt Matt is your banshee! Well, he only is when he makes a shrieking noise, but the fact that he keeps re-occuring in dreams reminded me somehow of a banshee

I'd be pretty happy, because it's such a good experience to have, that why not have the closest thing? Of course everyone wishes for the real thing, but in dreams, absolutely anything can happen, and it can be much more entertaining

Thanks! You a Fooies fan too? When I saw the video I thought it was pretty well the best screen capture ever It makes everyone smile (well, a few of us at least!) I'd say that was huge irony... an uprising against protests and resisting against government and such that is discussed in the album.

Well dreams are sometimes awesome enough that they'll nearly do instead of a real meet and greet. I have a sense of humour like that... I'll probably steal it and use it in my vocabulary now
