regarding Si's tweet do we know for a fact that he's working on what ever's happening today? A simple render for youtube shouldn't take 3 macs and a three capital RENDERS tweet! He might have just started doing the actual visuals for the tour? summer festivals?

hmm, yeah actually looking back at the IG video the SSL channel labels indicate it's a full on song.

By the way, what that "Psycho" in Matt's tweet could be?
In my opinion, if it's gonna be an actual track, it will be a usual long song instead of a simple intro.
not necessarily. it can be 30s or so album teaser. like when the first bit of Unsustainable was released.

Awesome playing, and I can appreciate you just played a whole album in full, but I really dont like seeing a piano replicate guitar parts etc... I know you had no other way without a backing track, but personally I found it hard to listen to.
haha thanks yeah I do get what you mean. I read somewhere Matt said he's written a lot of these riffs (pointed at Stockholm Syndrom as an example) on the piano originally, that got me interested into trying to see what these songs actually sound like on piano. and then decided to do the whole damn thing

When feeling down, some turn to drinking. I however use a different method. Although this is not my best work, I thought it was decent enough to be shared.
Here's Origin of Symmetry, in its entirety, from Newborn to Megalomania recorded at one go.

I love your voice!
Thanks!

The overly aggressive piano takes away of the atmosphere of the song, so that kind ruined it for me. Otherwise it does sound good.
thanks, I think you're right. this was the first take and for obvious reasons I went crazy on the piano. but I can see how it would be more pleasant if I didn't

Hyped up by the great gig at O2, hear's my attempt at Fury, a piano version:

This is one of the very first covers I did. years ago. and I still think it's one of the best ones I've ever done. now that they brought the song back to the setlist, I thought you might want to have a watch.

3rd 2nd law cover
I did the piano and vocal and my friend did the guitars. surprisingly came out better than I expected initially.
Let me know what you think.
