Haha, thats a point Yeah, I'm kinda excited Queen are awesome! Ahh we did Bohemiam Rhapsody in choir in 2009 with the band, was very fun, such a good song. My friend plays piano, which is pretty convenient seeing as most Queen songs consist of piano and guitar, and I'm sure we can get the music tech teacher to help or a backing track or something. BaharhahahaGah I did it again I'm hopeless. Anyways, I did end up doing Missisippi Ditty last week, went quite well. I'd heard that eating a banana could help stop your hands from shaking so I bought two and didn;t eat either, I'm still yet to investigate this But my music teacher told us we had to decide our solo performances by september, and our ensembles by october, so I'm planning on brushing up on MKUltra, or other muse. For ensemble me and my friend were planning on doing something by Queen, we both love them. Just have to find a singer Anyways, hows your band been going? Haven't uploaded much in a while Are you on half term?

Ahh sorry it took so long to reply, I'm notorious for not responding. True dat. I'm playing "Missisppi Ditty", could probably find it on yt. It sounds so strange when I have to tell someone I'm playing it, they just laugh. Ahh well I think my sister acually gets a bit fed up sometimes when I try and play loads of muse songs or when I go on about them She doesn't know sunburn I was trying to get her to sing it because I made some kind of arrangement of it on guitar, I just want someone to play it with!! Yeah she's great Well, I learnt loads of songs whilst she was at uni and she prefers to play chords and sing so we sometimes find a basic chord pattern for her to play whilst I pick or do trickier bits, so it kind of limits the choice Hysteria, COD, Muscle Museum, SMBH, PIB, others... I know quite a few more on guitar and piano but she doesn't like singing them Aww thats a shame, do you cover any Muse in your band, or stick to your own material? Dayum I wish I could play drums

My sister plays guitar and sings, she taught herself as well, but I do remind her sometimes that "I taught her her first chord" She loves Muse, we play alot of Muse and she's the only one I know who gets all the references Brilliant idea, it would at least give me some motivation! Oh god, I can't stand the huge deal over the royal wedding, William and Kate EVERYWHERE! Seriously I'm not even suprised on what you find their faces on. And i have to watch it, my mums doing this teaparty thing, but i personally find it an excuse to pig out

Haha its probably clear to them already that your serious about it, seeing as your in a band and all Are you going to take it for GCSE? I'm only really comfortable playing with my sister for some reason, I'm really shy around the rest of my family. Most of my family are music and art orientated so its kind of hard to live up to. Well you'll just have to wait and see Pahaha, I'd never thought of it in that way That would be epic, I wouldn't hold back in being patriotic, though we'd never do it justice!

Ahh tis okay Yes lots of practice I'm usually more comfortable if someone else is performing with me or if their in the same room and know I'm about to play, I can't just let people hear me, just incase I make make mistakes, if you get what i'm saying... Like I play with my sister all the time, but I feel kind of embarresed if she hears me whilst i'm playing alone in my room...I'm weird like that

Mmmkay you can quit taking the piss now You're probably right, that knida threw me off. Yes I'm very aware of what tapping is! And I'm not used to Tabs! I get it, but I've only just started using them, but I do understand them I'm gonna reitterate the point that I don't like playing amplified when people are around so its a bit difficult to tap when you can't hear it. Anyways I'll give it another try seeing as it's that easy.

Okay the first few years I had very basic lessons at school, quit because the teacher was crap and could tell what she was teaching me was wrong. So for the last 4 yrs it was on and off and only started properly playing again last year teaching myself the rest. I only vaguely understand tabs, but I learnt MK Ultra from tabs and atm thats the strongest thing I play. But yeah I usually go by Youtube tutorials and by ear I've tried Invincible, but it never sounded right and the tabs confused me
