I know how sensitive the FF's are when it comes to effects chains, volume, guitar and all that. But right now my effects chain is simply Guitar->FF->Whammy->Amp. I find that in order to keep a good volume i have to turn the FF's volume all the way up. While I get the sound I want out of it I find it stifles much of the oscillation. Was wondering if anybody else has to do this and/or has a solution.

Very cool!

You should be in the front row and raise your arms up so they can see it.
If you want to buy me a front row ticket I'll sit there with my arms up for the whole gig

I'm super jealous. I wanted to go so bad
I'll probably die a little inside if they play CE.
I don't want to crush your soul but they probably will.
-
If I ever seen you in real life, I would probably walk up and give you a hug for your tattoo
Haha I'm sure I'll be getting a lot of that on Aug. 3rd in Indy. Especially if they play it.

They're fine now since it's been over a month. But it was pretty damn unpleasant for a few weeks.

"Paradise comes at a price" If it were me. But I'm also the guy with giant Citizen Erased on my arms so...

Would definitely not do their autographs. Never get names. Try to find something that means something more to you.

It must have taken aaaages.
About 3 hours. Outlines took the longest. Then it had to filled in with a "flat brush" needle. Which looked a lot like a scalpel. Felt similar too.
Next I'm going to overlay Citizen with the color octagons from the resistance, and Erased with the Origins album yellow and some of the goal posts. That'll be next year though.

I love this.
It's brand spankin' new. Got it Friday.

Depending on how complicated the design is you can make it in photoshop if you have it.
Like mine, but it was very simple.

Hopefully I'll be able to have one of these beauties soon.

I've had a recent revival of Showbiz and Stockholm Syndrome.

Ok, Matt's actually sleeping during New Born and they play a backing track he recorded while completely pissed. I didn't want to hurt his feelings.

Until I saw Knights of Cydonia at their Brisbane concert last December, I wasn't really into the song. I have definately seen the (guiding)light! lol! Just amazing!
I agree, KoC is much better live than on the album. I still like the album but that song has a lot more energy on the stage. Same with New Born, Bliss, and Butterflies and Hurricanes. Although New Born's been a little lazy lately.

Ya it's just one of my weird tastes that I can't explain myself. I have the same issue with USoE. Great on the album, not so much live. But I don't think I'm completely alone on that one.

MK Ultra was probably my second favorite song on the album after Uprising. But I have yet to hear a live version that I like. I don't know what it is but that song doesn't seem to work live for me. At least not the way they're doing it. Can't put my finger on it. Love the song though.

Matt needs to change his technique if those songs are putting too much strain on his voice. Or something else is wrong.
-
That seems like a song that could be used to be dropped half step. For some reason that's what they did to Starlight, and I don't really see why that was necessary.

It's a pretty crazy performance but he sounds kinda flat at some parts. Plus Dom looks like an Albino.

I'm seeing them 3 times but I can only afford one day of the 2 festivals. It's expensive to fly to England if you didn't know.
-
Sadly I think you're right. But once again. It's gonna be the one and only time I'm ever gonna hear these songs. Everyday it upsets me more.

Liked the Montreaux one a lot, the Rock AM was good but not great. I still think Le Zenith is the best. But I just love Micro Cuts. The only performance of Micro Cuts I've heard and didn't like was on the HAARP CD.

I actually started with RBS and Space Dementia. But I've been playing musical instruments my whole life. But Feeling Good and New Born definitely good starting points.
