I love writing music, I feel it is the best way to convey emotions to other people without actually talking. Music is the Universally understood language, so people everywhere can relate to it. And thats why I love it.

I dream of writing music that makes people happy. In the future I want to be someone that really helps people overcome emotions and just fall in love with music. Who knows what will happen in the future, but if I get to write music that makes people happy, then I will be a happy man.

  1. The piano part in The Gallery has similarities to the 'chorus' piano parts in space dementia, noticed that last night, sounds pretty cool.
  2. Hey, no worries! Nice to hear from you again. :)

Favourite song...hmm...that's a toughie. Hyper Music is a given because that's one of my favourite Muse songs which, before Reading, I thought I'd never get to see live. I also really enjoyed screenager and Darkshines, they were fucking intense! I think Matt sang those songs really well~ And SS with those awesome riffs and guitar throw was just pure win. :awesome:

What did you think of the visuals? I loved them all but I cant pick a favourite as they were all so good!

Agreed! Though you went to the 2nd night at Wesley when I was at the first so I still envy you a bit!

  3. Heya! Sorry for a 3 month late reply :/ I've been away for quite a while. Reading was INCREDIBLE!! I was just watching the BBC footage. What was your favorite song of the night? I think it's hard for me to compare Teignmouth and Reading. For obvious reasons, Reading was the best gig ever, but Teignmouth was also because it was the first one I'd been to. Like you, I'd still say Reading, because I reckon it was one of the greatest, if not THE greatest Muse show of all time! Now I need another gig to compare it to! We're so lucky, having been to 3 of the best shows of the tour, aren't we! :p

I would say merry christmas and happy new year to you to, but I think its a bit late for that!

  4. Well howdy do! Just thought I should catch up with a few people on .mu because I haven't been posting very lot lately and thought of you~!

How are things? We haven't spoken for AAAAGES which is quite depressing. :( How was Reading Festival, did you enjoy it? I went and it was absolutely BRILLIANT! Best gig of my life, it even topped Teignmouth for me!

And just incase I don't speak to you before but, Merry Christmas and happy new year!

  5. Merry Christmas and best wishes for 2012 :xmas:

  6. All I know is that they didn't have to pay for the ship in Starlight, because someone who owned a ship had a daughter who loved Muse so Muse could use it for free. But I'm sure the fuel must've been expensive... I reckon the most expensive one to make was either KoC or Bliss.
  7. If I was gonna have my friends there as well, I would want to ambush their ears with pure, musical insanity until they break down and cry In a nice way, of course Micro Cuts Dead Cuts Space Dementia Shine Knights of Cydonia + Space Dementia outro <3
  8. Thank you Thank you Thank you!! It's taken me ages to download it all, and I'm watching it now. The Space Dementia outro has to be the best live thing I have ever heard, ever! And the video editing is absolutely insane, especially in Hyper Music! It's all so smooth, love it! Now to find a way to convert it into a sound file... Cheers Liam!
  9. I know you said shortly, but if I don't post this now, I will probably forget :o I think there should be a slightly bigger 'New Users' section, making it a little bit easier to get to know how everything works before being thrown into the chaos that the board can be. Thats the only thing I can think of, it's probably something regular users don't even think about.
  10. Niether, but if I had to, MK ULTRA. It's like Muse sat down and said "lets make 2 songs that are similarish to New Born and Plug In Baby and then pretend the albums like Origin Of Symmetry, the fans would love that. And lets add a shit old style jam in one." Rant over.
  11. Me too! The OoS stuff from R&L was AMAZING!! Loved the Screenager visuals. The idea of an Origin Of Symmetry 'movie' sprung to mind. So having the album play while those projections showed, I'd love that! I know Muse work hard to have great visuals, but the fact they made those amazing visuals for two shows, I think shows that they are probably going to use that for some sort of release.
