  1. Maybe that could be why. It would be cool if somehow people were able to chose which games they got to watch, but I guess that doesn't seem very practical. Yeah, I've been able to watch one. They are on TV Sunday night but I might not be home, actually. Maybe I'll record it or something

I am so happy! One of the biggest comebacks in baseball history, according to some people on ESPN earlier today. A team in the other league, the Tampa Bay Rays, also had a really big comeback this season and got into the playoffs last night too. So overall it was an awesome day of baseball :yesey:

I think so too! Yeah, certainly. He is a very good person to be influenced by :yesey:. Wow, that's really cool! I had no idea. What's it about? Oh good! I thought it was pretty funny too. Ah yes, those two also. Assassin is really hard to do though, and like you said, I just end up looking stupid. That's a very interesting name! That's so cool that they played at Reading though. It has been very hard so far

Wow that's amazing! I hope he breaks them. That's great that they have been consistent, that way you can have more confidence in them as the season (and hopefully postseason) goes on. That does make sense! I totally see what you're saying. Oh no :noey:

    Thank you!

  2. I wish more Jets games were on TV here, but there are at least two or three, and this season I think five. So I'm really glad about that, at least. I hope they can, I really am not sure though. I wonder if I'll be able to go to that game or not...

WE'RE GOING TO THE PLAYOFFS!!! We won and the Braves lost! :awesome::dance::party:. Ah I am so excited! We came back from I believe 8 games back 23 days ago or something like that. Our game ended first, so all our players were in a room watching the Braves game, and when the Braves lost they all sprayed champaign at each other :awesome:. (Not sure if they do that in the CFL or NHL too, but it's a tradition in baseball). The first playoff game (against the Phillies, who just beat the Braves) is on Saturday in Philadelphia.

I like that version more than Bruce's version by himself, I think. The guitar solos (by both of them, but especially Morello) are awesome. He has written a lot of songs. He actually wrote a song called Wrecking Ball about the Jets' and Giants' (the other New York football team) stadium right before it was torn down. Township Rebellion is awesome overall! I hope no one heard either! Sorry if that got you in trouble, but for some reason that's what it made me think of. Yes, Guiding Light more than any others. Also Unnatural Selection, at least during the beginning riff. It's so much fun! Whoa that's really cool! What is the name of the band? That's awesome! Especially with the way the Rams have played this season :noey:

    Thanks!

I'm glad he's doing really well! Oh that's amazing! Wow, were you expected to have a really good defense this year or is it a surprise? Oh, I see. That's really strange! Oh wow, well is it expected to rain on Friday?

  3. Usually Jets games aren't on TV here, except when they are the Sunday or Monday night games, which I've come to accept, but it's weird it would be on TV in Canada and not here. You should be thankful you didn't watch the Rams game :chuckle:. That's true, it really can't get worse than it was on Sunday. This week we play the Washington Redskins, and we might be able to win that

We won tonight and they lost so it's tied with one game left! If we tie (if both teams win tomorrow or both lose) then there will be one game between us on Thursday and whoever wins that will get into the playoffs. So it's really intense around here, the atmosphere about baseball is really great right now :awesome:

Actually, I just realized Ghost of Tom Joad is by Bruce Springsteen, who is one of my favorite musicians! I totally forgot that was his song :$. Here's a version of Springsteen playing it with Tom Morrello

:awesome:. The riff of Township Rebellion is amazing! The bass in Calm like a Bomb reminds me of someone throwing up, for some reason , so that'll be hard to listen to . Oh, okay I see. Killing in the Name, Bulls on Parade and Guerrilla Radio and probably my favorites. Drumming would be so cool. I always find myself air-drumming. My friend actually has a drumset in his basement and I love messing around on it whenever I am at his house. That's true! That probably would increase those chances. My mom gets mad at me when I curse though, even if it is during football games

Glad you knew that I mean because I wasn't sure if that actually made any sense at first or not

It sounds like you are, taking into account momentum and stuff like that, the best team in the league! Maybe that is a little biased too, since I've only really heard about the Lions, but I like to believe it too. So you think your chances are pretty good? How is your quarterback doing? That's great! Weird that they completed it in the middle of the season

  4. I can't believe the game was on TV for you and not for me! That is ridiculous. I really wish I had gotten to watch it, even if they lost, because at least they put up a fight unlike the Rams. I was only able to sit through half the Rams game. That was probably one of the worst performances of a football team that I have ever seen, and that's saying a lot considering how bad the Rams have been the last five years

So, we lost today and the Braves did too, so we are still one game back with only two to play, it's so nerve-wracking

    :chuckle:

My dad would laugh for sure. :chuckle: Well I guess that's good. I know the original Ghost of Tom Joad, but I don't think I've heard the RATM version. I haven't heard Calm like a Bomb (awesome name) and I don't know Township Rebellion that well. I will have to listen to all these soon! They have three albums, right? I would really like to learn drums also, but I feel like I wouldn't be any good. Actually any instrument that would allow me to be in a rock band would be awesome. I swear more than I should, probably :$. I've cut back recently (actually mostly because of my job over the summer) but during football games it's hard not to sometimes :chuckle:

The store by us is smaller than the Borders store that was by us, and I do not like the atmosphere as much for some reason. I know, it is a bummer. :awesome:

That's great too! Wow this really has been an incredible comeback season so far. Hopefully they can keep it up. Ah, he is really lucky! I hope he has a goot time

  5. The Rams got demolished :noey:. And the Jets lost too, so it was not a good day for football all around

But you're right about the Cardinals! Only one game back, with three games left and we are playing a very bad team while the Braves are playing a really good team, so hopefully we can make the playoffs

Anything without limits is good, I think. Yeah you're right I guess it isn't that big of a deal

 Yeah that makes sense. I wonder what my parents would do in that situation. I bet my mom would be mildly upset and my dad would probably just laugh :chuckle:. Ah well, you will all laugh about that someday I bet. I need to listen to more of their songs. What are your favorites of theirs, besides the ones we've already talked about? Drums on Rock Band are really fun in general! Yeah, that does take out a lot of the passion behind it and kind of messes up the flow of the songs too. :awesome: That's so cool! I love meeting people like that

There's another major bookstore chain, Barnes and Noble, that has some stores around here but I don't like them as much. From what I remember, they are everywhere!. Yes for sure :yesey:

Oh good job! Wow that is a blowout! And it was a road game also, that's really impressive. Oh cool! I lost track, will it be your turn to go to that one?

They did not play well :(

  6. It really is, you're right. Limits are okay, but finding derivatives the other way (not sure what it's called) is much better, I think. I hope so, it would have been great if you had actually gotten to meet some of the teachers you'd be having this year. Ah good, that would be helpful I bet

That's one of the stories you have to laugh at yourself for . Was your mom mad? I guess, depending on what part of the song you were singing it, it would make sense that she would be upset. Thank you! I think Bulls on Parade was the first Rage song I ever heard, on Guitar Hero 3. That would be really fun to play! Aw, that's a lot of words in the chorus that are blocked, which is annoying. :awesome: That's so cool! It's always cool to meet other Muse fans. Hopefully you'll get to talk to them a lot

Yeah, it was one of my favorite stores. I love Starbucks :chuckle:. That's great! I remember from when I was in Vancouver there were Starbucks all over the place. No, I don't really. Usually I have what you said, a hot chocolate or a frapuccino

I have faith in you guys! Is the game tomorrow? Playing against a team with loud fans does make it a lot harder, though

That's so weird! I wonder why/how you got that :wtf:. Then next week they play the Jets, so hopefully they're bad for the next two weeks

We won today and the Braves lost, so we're back to two games behind now with four let to play

  7. Actually, the easier ones can be sort of fun, I guess. Well, maybe fun isn't the best word, but when you get them right, it is a good feeling! So I see what you're saying. Oh, I see what you're saying now! That makes sense. Well, too bad none of the teachers there were yours! But at least you got to meet some of them and maybe you'll have them next year or some time. It did make sense, don't worry

Oh yes, I do remember that! I love that story :chuckle:. Especially when I'm at a red light and there are other people with their windows down. Then people know I'm awesome . Ah cool! Testify is a good song, I just don't know it that well. Those would be very good for nostalgia purposes. Have you found anyone in UBC who likes Muse?

I've heard of Chapters, but we don't have it here. One of our main bookstore chains, Borders, just closed recently actually :(. It's awesome! The one that I go to also has a Starbucks in it, which is even more incentive to go :chuckle:

I hope I get to! Oh wow, that is a big game! You guys have been playing really well as of late so I think you'll probably be able to pull it off

Their next game is against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, who had a really good first game but didn't play so well last week. Hopefully they don't get back on track this week

Well, we lost again today and the Braves won, so it is not looking very good :(

  8. We are just starting derivatives :noey:. They aren't that bad though, just not my type of thing, I guess. Maybe I am confused since I am tired, but why were your teachers not there? And what were the organizers trying to organize? I am sorry if I missed something :$. They really do!

True, definitely not when other people around! Though sometimes I do turn up Killing in the Name when I am in my car with my windows down. It makes me feel awesome . You're welcome, it has been really busy. But so far it has been a really good year and things are going pretty well. That would be much better than multiple concerts, I think. Ah that would be a really cool picture! Yeah, hopefully you can find some good live ones

I wish we had something like that here though. Well, it literally has everything. Technology, music, small home appliances, food, clothes outdoors stuff, toys, literally everything you can think of. You know Wal-Mart, right? It's basically a more upscale version of that.

Okay, maybe I'll be able to do that! And I do really want to! When doe the Lions next play? I'll try it out then if I have the time

I hope so! They might, they did have some good moments last week even though they didn't win

    I really did!

We lost today :(, so now we are two games behind the Braves

  9. I was able to ask a lot of questions and I think I get this stuff now, until we start a new topic! Thanks though . I am sure that it will too! Me either, even when I don't include being on here. Little things I hear in conversation always remind me of their song. Aw, well at least you had good song in your head while getting the problem wrong

That part is amazing too! They have some very good songs to shout along too. Yep, that is my favorite. Good job! :chuckle:. I haven't actually watched much of that, I will this weekend maybe when I have some time. I've had so much work! Oh yes I hope so too. I'd like to have it be just of one concert, like HAARP, but I feel like it will be more like Absolution Tour DVD, a bunch of songs from lots of different gigs. Probably made it easier to smash the drums ;). I loved the tuning forks, actually a picture from Reading is my computer background right now :awesome:

I guess, or maybe it's also in the North US but not around here. Ah okay, I actually can't think of any store that's similar to that here. I mean there's Best Buy, but that has a lot of other stuff too, like computers and cameras and such. Oh well! I spend a lot of money at Target, actually. I buy most electronic things there

I just wonder how I would get to watch one though, they rarely seem to be on TV in America

That's true, we have an incredibly hard next few weeks though, it will be really hard to win more than maybe one or two games. Thank you! They'll need it

    True!

Oh gosh, that's awesome! I hadn't heard that, actually. Thank you for telling me

The Cardinals are really close to being in first place for the wildcard! There are only six games left in the season but they are really, really close

  10. We just started a new unit and now I am struggling again . I feel like it's going to be like this all year. I hope you will be able to also! I'm sure you'll develop a good relationship with most/all of them. That seriously would be intimidating though, so I understand what you mean! Okay :chuckle:. Muse really is always on my mind. That happened to me a few times during physics last year, when there where questions about blackholes or neutron stars

Guerrilla Radio is one of my favorites also, especially the "it has to start somewhere, it has to start sometime; what better place than here, what better time than now?" :awesome:. I just watched some Making of The Resistance videos which got me even more excited. Maybe it would, actually. It could happen but I don't know. That might be it, plus I feel like there was more connection with the audience because they were closer down to us. You had a great stage setup at your show also. There is!

I hope so too, but I am not sure where to look. What is hmv? :$. It was really funny! I have no idea why though

Oh, I see what you mean. I really like that angle! I'll have to watch a CFL game sometime, but I don't know if I'll get the chance any time soon. Yep, I was definitely cheering for the Giants during that game!

It was :(. And we have a really tough next five games, so we could actually start out the season 0-7

It does sound a lot like the Lions. I can only hope we can turn it around also! When Jackson gets back, that will help

  11. Yep. Math is going pretty well, actually. Still not enjoying it very much but I am doing decently at it, thank you for asking . Ah cool! Tell me how that goes. It's cool that you guys have something in common now! I hope they can find someone who will be able to keep them going on the path that they were on. :chuckle: I do that sometimes still also

Especially Killing in the Name and Sleep Now in the Fire, even though I'm not sure if they played that last one. That's good! Good that they are making progress. To be honest I hope in terms of production things are scaled down a bit. I think overall I enjoyed the Lollapalooza stage setup a lot more than the three towers setup. Not that that wasn't cool, but for whatever reason the less extravagant version I liked more. I'm glad you do too! I guess we'll just have to see. It will probably be pretty evident after the first few weeks what the sets are going to be like

That's true! I'll have to see if I can find a place around here that would sell lots of posters. I don't know if I've seen any, actually. It was really cheeky, but really funny! I've heard that too. In one of the videos from the show, right before Uprising started, a group of people were chanting "Coldplay sucks, Coldplay sucks!" Not sure what triggered that though

That's weird that they don't do that in CFL games. I haven't really thought about it before, but I guess it really does enhance the viewing. When the Giants beat the Patriots! That was a good game

They lost :(. They played a very sloppy game and couldn't score when they had opportunities

  12. Don't worry, I liked the accent. You should ask her where she's from. Probably somewhere around Indiana, if she's a Colts fan. I hope so! So they haven't found someone yet? That's awful, especially considering they were really gaining more power. I hope they find someone soon though

That's probably it, actually. Even after LA Rising I got really into some RATM songs again, so I guess it's not just Muse. :awesome:. I know, it is a really long time! I wonder how far they are in terms of the new album right now. I can't wait for them to start playing shows again also. I have faith that the setlists will be better this tour, and hopefully that faith is not misplaced. I have a feeling that every arena show will get at least 18 songs, not including instrumentals and all that stuff. Not sure why I feel that way, seeing as there's no real evidence to support that, but I guess I just have hope

I guess a slow build up, sort of

    :awesome::matt:

I'll see if I can find some online, perhaps. I am not sure if I told you, but Matt made a comment about playing at the same time as Coldplay. He said something like "thanks for coming out to see us, we know you had options tonight, but we think you made the right choice." I wish I could have seen the crowd from a better vantage point

I love watching the Superbowl. Yeah, the Colts lost again today

Yep! I was very happy. The Rams play tomorrow night, on national television

  13. It was so awesome! Yes he did have a slight accent. I couldn't really tell at first, but after he talked enough you could kind of hear it. It so fun though. Ah good glad I got it right. I was happy that I knew so much! Oh no, I don't think he mentioned that actually. That isn't good to hear :(

Maybe just from videos/imagining what it would have been like to be at the shows. Living vicariously, perhaps. It looked pretty amazing. No problem, glad I explained it clearly now! I'm sure some things will give us hints but most of it will probably just have to come from listening to the album. :chuckle: That is funny! I hope they would too! I would want to try to solve them; that would be so much fun

I've heard a decent amount of their older stuff and you're right, The Only Hope for Me is You does sound a lot different. The beginning reminds me a little of Resistance actually, for some reason. No don't worry! I like them, from what I've heard

The keytar can do everything, even if it's just a gimmick when Matt uses it

They certainly are! Doesn't make much sense. Ah well. I wonder who got a bigger crowd, Muse or Coldplay? My mom said the crowd for Eminem was the most people she'd ever seen in one place at one time :stunned:

    :chuckle:

Oh that's cool! Yeah, it is going to be a hard season for the Colts

Wikiepedia :awesome: Oh okay I see, thanks for looking it up

  14. Today we had a substitute teacher in math and he was from Canada! We spent about half the class talking about Canada and asking him questions, actually. I talked about the NDP and Bloc Quebecois (probably spelled that wrong) and at the end he said to me "I'm really impressed at how much you know!" So I guess I have you to thank for that :p

I don't know why it happened with me, since I wasn't even at the shows! Oh that's really cool! From the videos, the fire looked awesome. Yes :yesey:. Ah good, glad that made more sense! I actually think we might not know even that until we listen to the whole thing. Glad you appreciated that joke as well. Hopefully they will do something along those lines again. That would be so cool! If only that would happen

I haven't heard enough of their music to really be able to tell. Maybe it will just be one giant chaos pad and no strings . Or he'll just use the keytar from now one

Ah well, the two I have now are pretty awesome. It was really annoying! I understand that maybe they could only fit enough stuff for three bands in that tent, but technically Muse were the headliner and not Coldplay

:chuckle: I think it is a smile!

Oh really? I didn't realize. He had surgery on his neck twice, once in the beginning of the offseason and again about three weeks ago

Did it do lots of damage?

  15. You're welcome

Uno would be awesome too. Yes it is! Ever since Reading and Leeds I've gotten really into Megalomania and Bliss, especially the live version of Bliss. I had never really appreciated them before. No, I meant that in 2007-2009 it didn't fit in their tour schedule. In 2010 they cancelled because Chris's wife was expecting a baby around the time they were supposed to be here. I wonder what the names of the songs are going to be. The lyrics of Bliss really resonate (no pun intended :chuckle:) with me right now. Same with Map of the Problematique actually. I've always been really into that song though At least Dom is, I bet. Matt probably some, and Chris probably not at all. I wonder how much they have done on Album 6 so far

Does MCR changes genres a lot also? I bet you were! They would probably work together on some very cool design

I like that one :awesome:. Oh cool, both of those sound awesome. I want to get more, but Lolla didn't really have any good ones. At Lolla there was a tent for headliner merchandise and a tent for non-headliner merchandise and the Muse stuff was in the non-headliner one :wtf::noey:

:awesome: That's a cool picture! It looks like you're about to start smiling, actually :chuckle:. At least to me it does

Ah cool! They are not going to have a good year though, their quarterback, Peyton Manning, is going to miss most of the year and he is by far the best player on their team

    :yesey:

In 1811 there was a quake so powerful on that fault that the rivers around it actually ran backwards for a bit

  16. :yesey: You're exactly right! Thank you so much, it means a lot coming from someone as knowledgeable about physics

Yes, they must. Preferably whenever I see them :awesome:. And Cave. And Showbiz. And Sunburn. Lots of Showbiz songs I've gotten into more recently. I guess it just didn't fit in their touring schedule. That was really too bad, but I saw them anyway :awesome:. Same here! This is the first time for me as well and it is really exciting, so is all the speculation. I really think mine would be also, their music really means a lot to me. Oh yeah, probably. Or partying :shifty::chuckle:

Oh that is really cool. I guess all things considered they are sort of similar bands. That's really cool too! He would certainly smash them with guitar, I'd think

 Me too. I have The Resistance poster, with Muse in big letters on top, then the art work then The Resistance on the bottom and I have the US 2010 Resistance Tour one, with the picture of them and the places they toured. How about you?

 I'd love to see it, if possible!

You are in fact, very punny

That's really cool! I am glad you put down the NFL! And I am also glad that it was also the right answer. I love football

It was a very bad game, all around, but at least Bradford will be back

There is a fault line that is pretty close to here actually, but it's usually inactive

  17. You're welcome!

Yes, because they both wanted to do it really badly so it's great that they were both able to. That's a good point, thank you very much! I am pretty proud of our design

Oh yes those three also, for sure. Muscle Museum was very important, it really did help people realize that they were a good band. I can't believe they came here three years in a row and then haven't come since, though they did have a show scheduled here in 2010 but couldn't, as I'm sure I have mentioned. Stuff like that is what makes me so excited for the new album! I can't wait for all the stuff that's going to be happen to lead up to it. I think my life would be pretty different probably, and for the worse. I do that a lot, not with Muse though. I always wonder what people are doing right now. Muse especially though

They probably would be allies, because I think Muse and MCR toured together awhile ago, right? And yes there are a lot of fan crossovers. I think he would probably want to fight :awesome:

    That's awesome! Very good organization

There would be both good things and bad things I guess. I always wonder how people decide to do jobs like that, for some reason. So a Muse pun and a Star Trek quote! Two of your favorite things :chuckle:

I am glad you liked it so much!. I hope so too, Bradford will be back by next week, Jackson two weeks and I'm not sure about our receiver

Thank goodness it wasn't. We actually had an earthquake here pretty recently, which was weird

  18. Oh no, that's not what I meant at all! You certainly haven't been bragging. I know, and I think that's awesome!

I'm glad it wasn't that bad, then. True, someone with a watergun definitely made our boat unique. No, there were no requirements

That's true, that would very hard!

Though Supermassive Black Hole is pretty important also, I think. Yeah, if only! They came here in 04, 05 and 06. All at the same venue, the Pageant, which is a really cool place to see a concert at. Me too! I wish I had known about Muse well before I actually found out about them, but at least I did find out :awesome:. I do wonder what they're thinking though...

That is a very cool name. That's true, you would be in multiple armies! Probably the lizard people, you're right. They would be a very good group to fight against :chuckle:

    Don't worry, I know!

Ah awesome! Are they all in one spot or spread out in your room?

That is a lose-lose situation, except if it's a band you like you'd still get to hear them and would basically get paid to be there, so that would be pretty cool! They were out there for five hours? Jeez, that is a long time! Was it the same groups of guards the whole time? Yes it would be

That's awesome that you got to watch some of it! Gang Green :yesey:. He is very good, that was his first game since 2008 because he was in prison actually. The Rams game was really rough

    I'm glad!

I've heard about the prediction of a really big earthquake, but at least these ones weren't that bad

  19. From what you've told me, you really are! So I have no doubts it will get easier

It wasn't a very good picture, sorry :$. You're welcome! It was really awesome to watch. We probably could have done well if only one person had been in the boat but that's okay

I feel like it would have been much easier to organize like that than at a football game. I really do hope you're in the record book!

Probably their most important song :yesey:. Oh yes, their "Campus Invasion" tour in 2005. They came to Saint Louis on that tour, actually. That would have been funny, having all the fans try to figure out what it meant when it wasn't even an anagram . So you're right, that probably was too early. It would be hard not to argue though :chuckle:

So do my parents. Is that what MCR fans are called? That's pretty cool. I do like Musers a lot though. That is a good question, what war :shifty:

That's true, I feel bad for them also! And it's even worse when the band playing is one they don't like very much. I feel like it would be hard to stand there for two hours or so when it's someone you really can't stand on stage. I would probably turn around if it was during a Muse show

Did you get to watch it? It was an awesome game, we won on a field goal with 27 seconds left! The Rams game was bad though. We lost 31-13 and Bradford, Jackson and our best receiver were all injured :noey:

    That's great to hear, congrats!

I had a really good time

No don't worry, that's a fair question. It's more casual. Still semi-formal, but it's not as big of a deal as prom is. It probably is

Really? Has there been any damage?

  20. I am looking forward to it being different. Well at least you don't have to actually be in classes as much for the most part. I bet you will really soon, you are very good at physics

I am going to send you a picture after I post this message, but yes it was really fun. We had two people in our boat, one to row and one to shoot the other boats with a water gun :awesome:

I wonder how they all planned it out to do it at the same time. Even if it was only a few thousand people, that would have taken a lot of effort at an event like that. It might have just been a rumor though, which would be good for you guys!

Oh no, that would be so awful! They cannot stop playing Plug in Baby. They've played it so much, it has to stick around. Do you know which tour that was? I just watched a video of Apocalypse Please opening up the encore, at Pink Pop 2004. Oh yes, I'd love to hear them justify some of their choices as well :chuckle:

That is awesome! Oh my gosh that would have been so cool. Awesome that your mom brought it up too :yesey: Muse soldiers would be really funny! I don't think my parents know what to refer to Muse fans as. I would be really excited too!

Glorious did sound really good live in that video, I don't at all understand why they stopped playing it. :chuckle: That's awesome. They probably could do Futurism better now, you're right

    Thanks!

So homecoming was today/tonight. We won the football game against our rival school, and then the dance tonight was really awesome. I didn't dance all that much, but I hung out with the girl I went with for the whole time and we had a good time

  21. Oh good, I'm glad that today was better! Oh that's so nice, so much different than highschool, but I am sure that there is a lot more studying and such to go along with it. Oh no! I am sure that soon you will get a handle on all of it, even though now it might seem like it's impossible. I hope you get it figured out!

It's alright, I didn't really mind. Well I couldn't get any pictures during the race, because my phone has a terrible camera . The race went really well! We didn't win, but it was so much fun and for the most part our boat did fairly well. Thank you for cheering!

Ah, that does make sense. Well, if it was in Feburary then it would have been the Superbowl, which would make sense that there would be a lot of highfives. It did!

They better not, you're right! I would be very mad. I feel like Chris would like too, because of the very clear bassline and such, but then again I really have no idea. I would really like to know how they choose what songs to play. I hope they bring it back too, I'd like to hear that one day!

    :awesome: Very!

You're right! That would be so cool to have Chris right there. I am surprised that he was able to break away from their grips! :chuckle: That's alright. Did you look up Glorious or Futurism?

I know! I am so excited

  22. I am glad about it too. You're welcome, and thanks! How was your second day, any better? And what made you feel over your head?

Well, we put the plastic wrap on the main part then added the roof on after . Well, they just decided they wanted it. Also I have a picture which I will send tomorrow with pictures what I will hopefully get during the actual race

I think so too. I hope you're right about all that. Wow, that's a lot of highfives! The first NFL game of the season wasn't till tonight, so that seems unlikely. I hope you are too! That would be really awesome

And Plug in Baby. I really can't see them not playing that anymore. That would be really cool too! I just don't think Matt wants to do it very much. Sing for Absolution I could actually see them brining back, (even though I just recently said they wouldn't) because it was a relatively popular single and is from a more recent album. Blackout I can't see being brought back though.:awesome:

Good . Yes they are! It is awesome

I love the videos of Stockholm and Glastonbury 2004 where Chris is leaning into the crowd and people are all around him. They should do that gain. I would love to see it! Futurism is also actually on the album in Japan, so I don't know. Though they rarely did Futurism live and apparently it wasn't very good, but that's not the case with Glorious

It's going to be awesome! Yep, Rams game is a 12 and the Jets game is at 7 :awesome:. I wonder why not

  23. Today was pretty good also, so I'm pretty happy. That makes sense, I've barely been able to get on also so I understand. I'll be happy to hear from you whenever . Thank you so much! Yeah, I guess just since it's the start of the year I'm still trying to grasp everything

Was not my idea at all, and now I'm not sure how to put the plastic wrap (for waterproofing) on it. Oh well, I guess we'll figure it out sometime. I'll try once it's completed!

I really am. I mean there is Washington University, which is a really good school and is in Saint Louis (actually someone on the board goes there) but I'm not sure if I'd want to go there. I am glad that you do! That is a lot of high-fives! Well that's so cool, I'll have to buy that book just because of you! :awesome:

Hopefully some will still stay around. Citizen Erased. If that goes I will be sad :supersad:. Me too, actually! Even though I wasn't there, videos of it are awesome so I've been listening to it more. Oh well

I am glad that that actually made sense. I really like it, especially live when they put riffs after it

It would be pretty cool to see them go crazy like they used to, even if it would be a little dangerous :shifty:. For some reason at Lolla I could just picture Matt smashing one of those giant hexagons with his guitar. Yeah it could have been them too! But, they didn't play Futurism at R/L so they probably wouldn't do Glorious

And I just found out the Jets game will be on TV Sunday night! Really! That is interesting.

  24. It's fine, today was much better actually. Well I would much rather be on here writing to you than doing homework, that's for sure! Thank you very much! I might have to take you up on that offer sometime soon, at the rate it's going right now. Yep, pretty much just homework. I felt very overwhelmed

Well, our boat is now going to have a roof to it apparently . That was definitely not my idea. I hope so too!

I actually wish I could stay at home kind of, but there are no colleges in Saint Louis that I would really want to go to. I'm happy for you though . Oh no! I hope you feel better? Well that is a good way to spend a day :yesey: and that's fun too! How was orientation day?

They are starting to shift towards newer songs it seems like. It would be really cool if it did, but honestly I think something like Space Dementia would be even cooler. Not that I wouldn't like Screenager being brought back. That would be awesome if they released that somehow, though I don't know how they would

Yeah. Though Irene wasn't as bad as they were predicting when it was still out in the ocean, so that's good at least

I guess different atmospheres, and people overall are more into Muse in England than in America, so maybe they would be more into the music and stuff. If that makes sense. That's good to hear. Probably one of my favorite songs, if not my favorite. They're probably closer emotionally than most bands

 Okay, well it must have been one of the shows around that time then. Oh yeah, I remember that. They were really dangerous when they were younger! :( How awful that would have been. Probably someone who worked with them on that tour. I'm not sure how they'd do it, but if they played Glorious it would make up for all that :awesome:

Probably! Our homecoming dance is this Saturday (really early, I know) but that should be fun

  25. I had a awful day today. Sorry I'm getting on so late, I spent so much time on homework and I am finding calculus very difficult

. I hope so! Everyone is looking forward to it. I think they will, finally. It has been a long summer in terms of the weather

Yeah, probably they will. So will you be staying at a dorm at UBC or will you still live with your parents? How was your last day?

I think Butterflies and Hurricanes is sort of becoming a replacement for New Born. Also apparently Chris told some people at his soccer game that Screenager might come back to the setlists after how well it went over at Reading and Leeds. I think so! I especially love the ending riff for Uprising live. That part of the song is always so cool

The mens' finals of the US Open, which is held in New York, is also going to be on September 11th, so I'm sure they'll do a big remembrance too. I know :(.

    :awesome:

There were not that many crowd surfers during Muse at Lollapalooza, though I did see some towards the front. I am glad the security guards were helpful. They probably did get very tired though. I think they should have played MotP instead of Undisclosed Desires at R/L. MotP is amazing :yesey:

. I think they would too, since there are only three of them and they've all been so close for so long. Maybe he'll be a good fit for them and they'll keep him.

I remember seeing a video about it, I think they mention it in the Muse book. It also mentions a time when Matt fell of the stage and had to get stitches. That is a very good name for it. Not sure if Take a Bow into Starlight would work either. Hoodoo would be weird right before Knights of Cydonia

That would certainly catch them! It might have been a joke  but I found it funny too
