  1. I love them so much!

Didn't take all that long and it was fun to do! :D. If you have the time, I'd love to see your scores. And we could debate the songs

It went really, really well. There were a group of students from other schools that review different plays by highschools in the area who saw the show Saturday and their reviews were published today and all of them absolutely loved it! It made me so happy. Now apparently the director of our next school play (in April) is going to ask me to actually design the lightly scheme for that show. And I really want to but now I have tennis practice everyday after school so I would have almost no time for homework. Not sure what to do :erm:

  3. Yeah they eventually end up on Earth in the Thames river in London

 Thanks! I hope you do

Yeah I think they did just have a big budget cut. It's important in the long term for sure and it's not like the money is gonna be used for anything worthwhile, knowing the US government. I really do hope they keep funding it at least a little

Don't worry I rant about stuff all the time too :chuckle:

    Thank you!

Just out of curiosity what's your favorite/least favorite Muse album?

  4. I really like it now too :D. The spaceship is really good looking :chuckle:

No problem! Glad you like it!

Post a picture when you get there! :chuckle: Maybe when if I'm in the senate in can appropriate more funding for NASA research :).

Yeah it went really, really well! All the actors we're on fire and I did pretty well on the spotlight too. My parents are coming tonight so hopefully it goes just as well!

  5. I love that video! They look so silly though :chuckle:. Did he really say that? I can imagine astronaut Dom

    Here's the sight: http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/home/index.html

I hope one day you do end up exploring Mars!

    :) Thank you!

He's a big football player guy too so it's even funnier

yeah I loved/love it. I'm sure you still did well!

  6. That's not childish! I think that'd be really cool. You could be just like Matt Dom and Chris in the Sing for Absolution video :chuckle:. Theres a website that tells you when a NASA shuttle will be flying any location and I always check it to see when it'll be flying over Saint Louis. It's just a small dot but it's really cool! I wish you luck!

I'm thinking I want to do something with politics or maybe be a lawyer. I love history and believe that the powers of the American government should be strictly controlled by the Constitution. I also think that America is on the path towards authoritarianism so maybe if I was a lawyer or politician I could stop it. That sounds silly too :$

Urinetown is so great. I hadn't seen Hairspray in any form before but it is a really great show. The guy in our production who plays John Travolta's part is so awesome! Thanks!

Whoa cool! I did karate (Chinese Kenpo) for awhile and now I do more simplified stuff-just punch and kick combinations. I do miss the cool moves though

  7. I know someone explained it to me at some point but I have a sucky memory :chuckle:. Yeah highscool in the US is only 9-12

I can tell :D. And I really like they're spacey sound too and how they use space as a metaphor for love/life/etc

Oh that makes sense! I was wondering where that came from

Thank you! :). Yep! We go the whole weekend. We did Urinetown last year! I wasn't involved at all but I saw it and loved it! This year we are doing Hairspray

I'm so glad! I'm sure you did well! What type of martial arts? I did karate for a few years

  8. Yeah, 9th grade is freshmen, 10th is sophomore, 11th is junior and 12th is senior. Not sure where they came up with those names though :wtf:

I do but I'm not like a diehard fan. I take it you are? :D

:awesome: I'll be sure to mention it to him!

Thank you! It went really, really well. Now we just have to hope we can keep it up for three more nights!

    Ah! Awesome! How'd it go??

  9. :D I understand what you mean

The previews made it look really good so I'll have to make time to see it

Forgive me and my cultural ignorance  delayed success? That's so funny :chuckle:

I know, oh well I'm sure I'll love it

My best friend love Naruto! I've never read it though. Oh well :p

It's our first show tonight! Wish us luck!

  10. Yes I hope so too :)

I don't mean like a specific show about it, but like passing references. But who knows I could have just totally made that up...I have a tendency to make things up without realizing it :LOL:

I meant the TV series but now that you mention it the movie too! They showed it on a plane I was on once...I have no idea why I didn't watch it

Yep! 11th grade. (I don't know if that's what it's called in Canada because I know in England it's something else)

    No :( I don't think it is

I over analyze stuff because of that though which is annoying something

  11. I hope so! I'll be in college then so it'll just depend on where I am

I haven't seen Fanboys but through other shows/movies I've come to realize that  I should watch Star Trek though, I'm sure I'd love it

I'm not bad at them, I just don't enjoy them like I do history

:D Well good luck! So are you in highschool then?

I really, really want to see it but I guess I'll have to wait till it's out on DVD now :( but when I do then sure!

What if...I love thinking about that :p

  12. That would be sooo cool. New York is hosting the Superbowl in 2014 I think so I'm hoping for the same thing

Outerspace is fascinating but I don't much like physics or math. Never seen Star Trek but I love Star Wars

Yes, that was revenge though for us being general dicks

I'm busy but it's partly my fault...being on here instead of doing homework :LOL:

I haven't seen Black Swan but I'm dying to

  13. Yeah

Well one day soon it'll be their time I hope

I love history so much haha. I'm such a nerd :p. We learned that America burned down Canada's capital during the War of 1812. On behalf of all Americans, I sincerely apologize :D

It's no problem :). I'm alright. Stressed out though. I'm running spotlight for my school's musical and it's taking up all of my time. Ah well, I enjoy it.

No, actually. Well I saw The Fighter a few weeks ago so I guess that counts. I quite enjoyed it. Yourself?

  14. That's so cool! No, since the Jets are in New York and we're in Saint Louis I've only been to one Jets game. We have Rams season tickets though :)

I sure hope. They've lost in the game before the Superbowl two years in a row now

Our money is weird...some of the people on our bills make me shake my head. I'm not sure how much American history you know but some of the choices seem strange to me

    I hope it won't either

So how are you? How's your life?

  15. That is understandable though. Like Supermassive Black Hole :D

Yes I've been to two Blues games and a couple highschool games. They really are a lot of fun live, but I find it hard to watch hockey on TV for some reason

Yes but they haven't won one since :supersad:

Whoa didn't realize that. That's incredible! Eh, population doesn't matter. Canada is still a great country. It bothers me when people rag on Canada

I've always wondered where they find all those people

:D Very good point. Unless they both don't do well...

  16. Oh yes. Bruce was all I listened to when I was growing up

I actually wish hockey was bigger here-it's so much more entertaining than like the NBA. Yeah that is interesting. Before the Superbowl there was the NFL Championship. The Superbowl only started after the NFL (the premier football league at the time) and the AFL (the second tier league) merged. The Jets were the first AFL team to win a Superbowl :)

78,000 is a ton, but you also have to consider there are like 8 million people who live in New York. The average for the Rams this year was like 50,000. Some college games actually get more than the NFL. University of Michigan averaged like 110,000 people per game this year

    Thank you!

I like the Cardinals and Mets, but I have no hope for the Mets this year. I do have some faith in the Cardinals though

  17. They just don't understand...even though they should because both my parents are obsessed with Bruce Springsteen

I'm sure it will be if it has a retractable roof. That's so awesome!

Ah I see. Well as I'm sure you know, nothing beats football here in the states

I just looked it up and last year the Jets averaged 78,000 people per game

I'll be sure to root for the Canucks from now on :D. I'm also really into baseball

 That is a very good thing

  18. Yes I think that's part of it! Glad someone understands. My family just laughs at me :$

Muse are the only band I obsess over too. Only band where I actually know a lot of stuff about the members and their history and stuff

Oh that's so cool! I wish we had a retractable roof. Indoor football stadiums are :noey:

Is the CFL popular in Canada?

I mean Saint Louis isn't awful; it's just not very exciting. I don't really follow the NHL but I am a casual Blues fan. Last night was a pretty awesome game :D

  19. I really like actually owning the CD for some reason. I can't explain it either

They aren't bad but they aren't Muse :)

That is a very strange combination of music

RATM my favorite is probably Sleep Now in the Fire and SOAD probably Soldier Side or BYOB. I don't know all that much of either of their music though, nothing compared to how much of Muse's stuff I know

 that must be pretty funny to watch...but also rather painful

I love Vancouver! We went there on vacation maybe 5 years ago and it was so awesome! It's a really pretty city. A lot more exciting than St. Louis :noey:

    very true

  20. I've done that too! I could not figure out why my password wouldn't let me do anything. All very complicated stuff

Yeah there are...and I kind of fail when it comes to illegal downloading stuff so I really don't know what to do if it isn't on a CD or isn't on iTunes

Same with me and my sister! She loves Eminem and Lady Gaga and is tired of me playing Muse whenever we drive to school or wherever

Dispatch is good! And I haven't heard of 311 but I'll check them out, especially with album artwork like that :D. Yes I like RATM and SOAD quite a bit. Though I find it hard to listen to either of them for too long at a time because of all the angriness...SOAD more so than RATM

:LOL: I've always thought that might be an issue

I feel like it could've been the Stampeders but I really don't recall. Where in Canada are you from?

6 of 8 make the playoffs? It's like the NHL

  21. I just posted this thing on my own profile--I'm such an idiot :$

That's awesome! I've got 81 but I haven't put any HAARP or Hullabaloo songs on it. I have the Dead Star/In Your World CD. Somehow my parents got it for me for my birthday. I was so happy

    Hahahaha that's so funny :D

Ah! I'm so glad! That makes me really happy :) :)

Yeah it's 40 in the NFL. 20 makes more sense, less waiting around haha. Aren't the field goal posts at the front of the end zone too? No, I don't remember. Does Calgary have a team? Because we were at Lake Louise which I think is nearish to Calgary

Yeah it's sad haha :(. Grey Cup is the CFL equivilant of the Superbowl?

  22. It's hard haha they have so many good songs

Yeah I guess at first I didn't really "get" Exogenesis but now I love it. Also I used to despise I Belong to You but now I've started to appreciate it for what it is

I love watching videos of them on YouTube...very fanboyish I know :chuckle:

Tell me what you think. My favorite songs by them are CIA and Gang of Thieves

I've only seen one CFL game (when I was in Canada) and I wasn't paying much attention. Is it similar to the NFL or are there like big differences? I thought it was pretty entertaining. I'm glad the Packers won but I wish my Jets had been in it :supersad:

  23. I still love it :)

Apocalypse Please is one of those songs I really like but don't listen to enough haha

Yeah it's really cool. Do you like The Resistance? A lot of people don't it seems but I've really started to appreciate it more recently

:yesey: they really seem like good people

Have you heard of the band State Radio? They're not too well known but are anti-authoritarian too. They have a song called Knights of Bostonia which I'm 98% sure is a tribute to Muse

YES I love football. I'm a Jets and Rams fan. My dad's from NY which is why I like the Jets and I'm from Saint Louis so yeah haha
