  1. :( I know

I see your point. Again though they could be great songs though! Never heard before :awesome:

Can't remember if you watched all the episodes, so...

This happens between Carl and Shane:

    Carl just killed Shane

Game's over - CANUCKS WON!:awesome: In an epic showdown, they pulled it to 5-4 and in the dying seconds Alex Burrows tied it up! And we scored 25 seconds into overtime too!

... nah I wish that happened. Boston won 8-1

(honest this time :p - we really lost 8-1 :noey:)

I love youtube :D. That's so cool! I've got to watch them on youtube then :awesome:

  2. :( Oh no, sorry to hear that! Don't be sorry! I'm here to complain to . Tell me about what happened! Hopefully today was a better day? :(

Yep, that's pretty much what I read :yesey:, and I don't think they'd lie about it, so guess it's true after all :chuckle:

I never heard it either. I just know a little bit of his older music.

Well I completely agree with you! :awesome: (Then again I'm just as biased :chuckle:). I guess the world just wasn't quite ready for them yet

Actually that's the only song I've heard from them, and I like it! Just that I haven't gotten 'round to listening to anything else! That's okay :chuckle:! I don't either :noey:, I think they mostly sound the same and aren't very original...

Aww, really now? Me too :noey:, that is a really lame excuse. He should just admit he was wrong! don't think he will though. Yes it is , since 2005.

Yeah it was, thanks! Most of the grads went to afterprom, which was held at a nightclub... and the party started at 12:00 am. Lots of alcohol got involved, and I've heard a lot of stories :noey:. That's my grad class for you :noey:. Of course that is totally NOT my scene - I didn't consider going for even a split second - so after prom I went to my friend's house instead, and we played Pictionary! :D Also ate chocolate-covered strawberries. I was home before everyone else's afterprom even started . Anyways, so many people had hangovers that I was the only person in Comp. Civ. first block - literally the single person in class

  3. :( That's too bad! I really hope it clears up one day. Did you see The King's Speech?

It would be! I've talked to my parents and we're going to have a meeting tonight about what we plan on doing while we're there. I'll probably know by tomorrow whether I can go or not. I'm glad you like MCR :D! Ahh, that sounds like a great trade , wish I could do that with my friends. :chuckle: They like the pop stuff you'd here on the radio (including some Justin Bieber songs), and there I am listening to prog, indie, heavy metal... Muse are too rock-y

I agree. That should happen in Canada too - the Conservatives got a majority government this past election but less than 40% of the popular vote... I think that if a party gets 40% of the country's support, they should get 40% of the seats in parliament, etc. Although that would lead to way more minority governments/coalitions. Also would be better for the smaller parties

Exactly, a dead end. I find Europe hard to hold. :awesome: I wish there was some way we could play online against each other :chuckle:. Same with me/my family and friends. Although my friends and I also play a card game Dutch Blitz that we've spent way too many hours playing

    I'm sure you would! :awesome:

Facepalm worthy not because of the game, but because of me, if that makes sense  - no-one would expect me to be playing games like that :$. I think it comes from my love of horror movies and sci-fi. Doom 3 is a sci-fi/horror first-person shooter game where you're a marine on Mars (it's the future) and a teleportation system error (or is it?) opens a portal to Hell. Your'e pretty much alone and you have to fight your way through demons/zombies/a whole lot more monsters to get to the portal and enter Hell itself, eventually defeating the guy plotting to let Hell loose on Earth... it's INTENSE, and is very very dark (literally. And figuratively). Just looking at the cover of the game will give you a taste for what it's like: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doom_3... I guess it's a guilty pleasure of mine :$...

    Thanks so much!

  4. Good!

Don't worry about it, I'm glad you mentioned it! That's really cool that you've been designing this. Best of luck with the race :awesome:, I'll be cheering for your team from here! Wow, a pool! Yeah it will be

I think there is; I'll probably find out more soon. Yep I did. Going straight into engineering first year I thought would give me a very narrow view of the world, whereas in science you don't just focus on one thing, but get tastes of many different fields of study, so I think you get a better idea of what you want to do as a career. I hope so too! Thanks!

:chuckle: And now every time you listen to it, you'll hear him

Yeah it is, I would be really nervous. That'll be a big day!

:awesome: I hope they are! I'm sure you didn't

That's too bad that you lost! But at least, as you said, they've been playing better.

I think a lot of people on here recognized Olly, but I didn't see him. I was really surprised! I wonder how tiring it was for them.

I'm sure you'll do it one day! He's a very good frontman, in my opinion. I'd love to meet him :eyebrows::chuckle:.

Speaking of MCR I found out just now that their touring drummer was caught stealing from them, it's awful :(. It's weird since I just saw him in his second last concert and was thinking about how fitting he'd be for them...

No, she only knows a few of their songs. I did just show one of my friends Undisclosed Desires since her music is poppy and she thinks all my music is too rocky, and she said she loved it! I hope she wasn't just been nice though, because our music generally really does clash :chuckle:

Exactly! That would definitely be the conversation! I must watch it now then, that sounds so cool! That is sad, but I agree with you :(. I can't see them doing an Absolution anniversary, but I think they'd do Black Holes and Revelations (hopefully with Glorious included). Whoa, they'd be approaching their 40's! I knew it!

I did a bit of searching online and it looks like he's right. Did you read the first book in the series, The Zombie Survival Guide?

One of our zucchinis in our garden was stolen today :noey:

  5. Great! Yeah it is really small. Abbotsford is about a 2 hour drive from Vancouver. It's in the countryside (our neighbours had farms!) and it's got a really high crime rate. You probably know of the band Nickelback? The lead singer lived relatively near me :chuckle:. I did love it - I think it was a actually a great place to grow up (I never thought about the crime rate when I was little), but I'm glad we moved since there aren't too many opportunities there. I see, well either one sound awesome!

Yep :chuckle:. Aww but I felt so stupid . I agree, especially to hear Dom's drumming! I love the slow part, it's kinda bluesy :awesome:. Same  I will find it very hard to resist not knowing about the album! I do too - I think he's said in the past it's pretty hard on his neck. Jeez, I wouldn't either! I think it's pretty funny; I can just watch that part over and over . I know what you mean! To be one of the first :awesome:... hey, what if they play new songs at Lolla or Reading? A possibility!

They're both by the same person and both songs are Fillip - the first is from Bizarre and the second is from Eurockeenes. The first bit of the video looks really similar. If it still doesn't work then just type in "muse fillip live eurockeenes 2000" or something like that ;)

    :chuckle: Good!

    :awesome: Hopefully!

Wonder why Australia :chuckle:. It seems that North America (or at least the US and Canada) get pretty standard ones! It wouldn't make sense for them to, I think.

Thanks! It was a birthday celebration for one of my friends and we watched two movies and ate a lot of food

  6. I think so too! Yeah, he's very reliable! He's amazing especially considering that he's turning 36 in a month! I like to think of him as the best :chuckle:. He's currently second in receiving yards (536), behind Fred Stamps who's at 619

Those are good questions! Yeah, time will tell. I really hope so! Aside from last year though they were last here 7 years ago, so they don't come by often. I can't wait! I hope it's ready for next year. Yes I would go early in the morning! :awesome:

Lucky soccer team! He certainly loves soccer! Er, football to him :chuckle:. Though I can't call soccer "football". Just under two weeks! :(. Wow, you'll be back at school while I'm there!

. Is there a storyline, or would I be able to just start watching from, say, season 2? Ahh yes, Dwight, his actor is :awesome:. COOL! Great idea! I think I remember seeing the episode when someone who took Dwight's desk sings a little song about Andy and the Tuna or something :chuckle:. Matt likes the British version, have you seen any of those episodes?

I really hope not those. That would be so bad!

I see what about Matt being so into it and energetic and it was awesome! Lots of fist pumping :yesey:. Yes I loved it! I like what they played just before it as well, you must've been wondering what was next. I didn't recognize it. I love how in the album version of GL you can hear water everytime the snare drum is hit because they recorded it near a stream . Hmm, no one? Darn! I asked on youtube, commented on one of the Lolla Citizen Erased uploads :chuckle:. Maybe someone will have heard what he said. Yeah, I've seen a lot of them! There's one person who's uploaded the whole concert in HD, and he/she was in a good spot too. So far I've seen Uprising, Butterflies and Hurricanes, Stockholm Syndrome, Knights, Citizen Erased, and Undisclosed Desires. I'll watch the whole thing eventually, probably start with Uprising again and see them in order :D. Did you get lots of pictures? Also I know it was a little while ago but did you end up watching HAARP in the car?

I'm glad you had fun! Awful about the pot smokers :noey: and almost getting seperated though.

  7. I understand, though! Maybe it's just that CDs are tangible, you can read the album booklet...

    Yep! :yesey:

All of those are great! Same here, I don't know nearly enough about them as I do Muse. Actually that's the same with all my other bands. Muse are really the only band I... obsess over... :chuckle:

    And embarassing, for them.

Yeah, it is a really nice city. I'm excited that we're getting a new stadium to watch football games in, with a retractable roof and stuff! I've never been to St. Louis, are you also a hockey fan? For the Blues?

  8. It's pretty crazy how a year has gone by! Yeah me too, and how awesome it was to see them win their first Grammy too :awesome:

I am too! A lot of people who I was talking to were rooting for the Giants as well. For some of them, the reason was because they thought Brady won too much :chuckle:. And the Giants were the underdogs too, right? Ahh yeah too bad it wasn't the Jets. Next year :awesome:

AWESOME! And that is really weird to think about, I remember that! Great, I'm so glad they went well! AP Government, well especially if she's going to grade it on the AP scale you'll do fine :D. Me too, it would make a lot of sense. Hmm maybe because the NFL'd rather have an American band/artist play? That's how it is with the CFL, I believe, that it's usually a Canadian artist. Hope so! :awesome:

Thanks again! Ohh I see, I'll remember his name! Yeah today in astronomy we were talking about black holes. OH MY. Black holes are the craziest things. Oh and my teacher mentioned supermassive black holes too ;). Aww man! Did you have to read the whole thing? Ahh that's good you're done with that! Hey I know what you mean :chuckle: the easy ones are actually satisfying to do, but whenever I see complicated ones, I'm just like NOOOOO!

Yeah, that is awesome to look forward to! Have you heard their latest album?

    You're welcome!

I'm so glad it went well! OH YEAH. YOU SHOWED THEM :awesome::LOL:. That's so cool  and nice and again, awesome of you all to do that! Thank you so much. That means a lot to me! You are such a good person

  9. Me too. Very! Yeah, he's pretty old for one, but as sports commentators say he plays like his way younger. ;) He is :chuckle:. He's on the Edmonton Eskimos, who are 5-1 and tied for best in the league. Unfortunately we're playing the other best team in the league, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers next... we actually played them pretty well last time though, hopefully we can pull an upset

That would be the best, see them at both! Apparently Dom said (in the Vancouver concert last year) something along the lines of "Vancouver, it's been way too long! We promise we'll back sooner" so I hope that's true! :awesome: We have a plan! Yep except for the venue :chuckle:. I imagine it would be best during a vacation period like the summertime

True, though I think the fans were able to watch on the sidelines, and I'm sure they got really close to Chris and maybe even got autographs/talked to him. I wonder why football (our football ;)) is called what it is. The only time the ball is in contact with the foot is when the punters/kickers are on. Hmm. Darn, so I'll have to wish you a great first day/week back to school way too early! :chuckle: You mean to my house? If you did that I'd send you a postcard from the UK :chuckle:

If it's only a few episodes I'll probably watch it anyways, to see more how much characters change over time. Is it Michael through all the seasons? Except now, Steve Carell isn't doing it anymore I heard :(. That's such a cool name! He was really funny in Juno. You've got a while to plan it! I'm sure it'll be awesome . Oh I see and then the Tuna was the guy he was singing to because he ate a tuna sandwich? I don't remember it very well . Yeah, I could see that as very hard! I haven't watched any of the episodes actually

Yeah he was! I loved when he and Dom would look at each other and Dom would have this huge smile on his face, like near the end of Stockholm Syndrome! Yeah I didn't know that :$ so I would'nt've known what was coming next. I think so, that's what I remember Dom saying in an interview. I'll try to find it. Your explanation does make sense, and seeing as it's Muse we're talking about anything could happen! Ahh, such a mystery :chuckle:. No one has responded yet :(. Yes and so soon! It's in really good quality. I'm glad she got some :D

That would've been an entertaining ride! Will you do the same on the way back?

It would've been! Did you notice a very different crowd of people watching Eminem compared to Muse?

I'm out tonight seeing a Shakespeare performance and going out for dinner, so I won't be here from 5 - late (my time, so 7 - really late your time)

  10. Okay! :chuckle:

The Millenium Falcon is an awesome ship, I have to say. On a slightly related note, I love the story of how Harrison Ford became Han Solo

I remember that one! Yes, a great battle :yesey:. I know I'm a Trek fan but I do have all the Star Wars movies :D

I was in a bookstore the other day and there was a book called "Star Trek vs. Star Wars" - I was sooo tempted to buy it :chuckle:. It was pretty in depth, too!

    :stunned:

    Aww jeez. :erm::eek::noey::ohmy::unsure:

I think Picard is the better captain going by Starfleet standards, and he's got a lot more logical and clear head than Kirk. But Kirk is badass.

So... dare I say? Picard but I like watching Kirk more.

I liked both too  though I've only seen them once. Well Del Toro said something about a third one... just that it may be a while off.

She turned 10 in May. She got arthritis in her back legs, which prevented her from going on runs with me, so she's aged rapidly :(

  11. So nice to hear from you!

That does sound intense. I'm excited for you too! :awesome:

I'm performing the Bartok in 2 weeks with my school's symphony actually , although I'm not sure how I'll keep up my viola after this school year :(. I got into sciences at university instead...

    How are things otherwise?

  12. Thank-you! :chuckle: Well the year will go by so fast, and pretty soon we'll both be at universities! I thought grade 12 went by super fast. That's true, I certainly couldn't either; but their job is greatly helped by your lighting to set the mood/atmosphere/etc ;).. Oh, I see!

 I'm happy to hear that!. :yesey:

Hmm, that's true. Back around spring break, was it American University you were looking at? I remember you liking it back then . Anyways, whatever you decide on to be your back-ups, it'll all work out!

Oh yeah, 5-2 loss for us :noey:. Yes it is - in my opinion, at least. I think it's because this is specifically our city that's in the final, the same team we've been rooting for for over 40 years. Really! I wonder if we've met :chuckle:. Thanks! Well no comeback tonight, but next game we have the home advantage, and every game this series has been won by the home team. I am too! Yep Ottawa is in the east, near New York. :( That's so unfortunate that you're geographically at a location that is more susceptible to natural disasters like that.

I'm glad to hear that! They did deserve it . Does Missouri or any sports teams you cheer for have some kind of saying like that?

:chuckle: Good thing too, it could've been pretty bad. No I was maybe 6 or 7 and my grandma was looking after my brother and I. She cut up some strawberries for us and took what she thought was the sugar and sprinkled it over... yeah :chuckle:

  13. Thank-you! Same here

    Exactly, more faff bags!

I wonder how Matt's doing with his farm :chuckle:...

  14. Thanks, I hope so too since I sound ridiculous trying to cheer on the Canucks , I just croak

    :yesey:

I'm sure all your hard work will pay off! I will let you know :chuckle: and yes it is a wonderful use of class time. :chuckle: I'm sure I will, since Playland (the amusement park we're going to) is closed down for the physics students from all across BC on that day and all the line-ups are really short :awesome:. Oh, yes, that's it exactly - "educational"

AP Calc is on the 3rd. I've only got the one exam, thank goodness. You've got two! :(

Yeah good idea, although he doesn't like me reading his answers for some reason

Okay I'd better go watch the Canucks game! Switching to playoff mode...

    VANCOUVER'S UP 1-0!!!!!!!

  15. Thanks! It was fine, just took a long time (and I started working on it too close to the due date too :noey:, procrastinated a lot :chuckle:...). I had to choose a poem, analyse it, and then do a creative representation of it (through, music, film, painting, etc). I did a painting based on "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening" by Robert Frost. It's a beautiful poem, but very dark

Me too! Have you ever fallen asleep and then wake up hours later, although it only felt like you blinked once and never fell asleep? If that makes sense . If something happens, it would be actually pretty exciting . Oh, what class is that? Sorry if you've already told me and I've forgotten already :$. Anyways, that's great that you'll be free soon! That's cool :D, was it a passage by Joy Kogawa by any chance?

I think about 40 videos: collections of funny Muse moments, Muse "spoof randoms", Muse tv spoofs, and Muse spoof movie trailers (as in Men in Black, High School Museical, etc). They're all great :awesome:, especially the tv spoofs and randoms

    :chuckle:

Can't wait for our first exhibition game next week :awesome:, no idea what to expect. Training camp is on right now, and there are a lot of young NFL prospects coming because they don't want to take chances with the lockout. I guess that's bad for you though :(, if we get them on our team. Wow, that's great that they beat the Patriots! I know they're really good. I still can't believe how hot that is for you! Ouch. So you get really bad winters too?

That's right :(, we never consider that, too.

Great! It is quite exciting. Yeah, pretty unfortunate. Well I am confident that both our teams will win again in our lifetime! I don't . Okay! :awesome:

Today's been great, looking forward to in-class end of school parties on Monday :awesome:

  16. Thanks. I mentioned a while back that he's got Alzheimer's... a few weeks ago he went into a care home, and I visited him for the first time there. He's doing fine, though he didn't recognize us at first. I felt kinda sad leaving him though, because he kept wandering off to find a way out :(, but apparently he's way more used to it there than last week

I know what you mean, I get restless too. Yeah I couldn't bring myself to do that :chuckle:. Exactly!

Whoa, that's weird. If it's true, I wonder why he would lie about his age, because I don't really think age matters that much if playing performance is still high. I really hope he stays, and I think he will - I looked him up (on wikipedia :awesome:) and it looks like he does a lot of work helping sick/poor people in the Dominican Republic, for one thing. He also said "I don't play for numbers". Though you probably know all of that already :p. Anyways, that doesn't sound like someone who would leave a city where everyone loves him because they're not giving him 'enough' money. In terms of football in Toronto agh I meant "I think the results were probably a mix of both" not "I don't the results were...". I think you're right about people in Buffalo, that would make sense that they wouldn't like the commute! I will alwasy associate Muse with Wembley. Wembley Stadium was in the movie 28 Weeks Later, and when I watched it at home I shouted out "Muse were there! That's Wembley!". I wonder how many went, and would they have called it a football match. I wouldn't like to be against you in anything! Well, really it would be friendly competition, so yeah you're right it'd be fun :chuckle:. Yes it's his turn to go. Tomorrow is a home game, and last week was as well, but I think the next four of five games are away.

That's good :chuckle:, sounds like it was perfect! I wonder! No problem, it wasn't at all. Ahh, if only you were able to

Yes, the original is almost always better

I think he had a really small part. I think he was a CWA worker, if that helps, if you rewatch it! Yes, I'm the sci-fi lover who hasn't seen most of the great sci-fi movies :LOL:. Yes I'm quite sure they were. :noey: Aww. I will! It might be a while though until I see it

I've always imagined prog metal to be like heavy metal, but with piano or something unexpected like that in it. Another band is X Japan (Japanese) - their song IV (actually was written for Saw IV ) is a really good example of prog metal. Of course Muse would do a great job :awesome:

  17. Yep! Don't worry, I love a long band list! Here are mine (aside from Muse and Arctic Monkeys): *Alexisonfire, *Avenged Sevenfold, Billy Talent, Bloc Party, Cancer Bats, *Chiodos, Daft Punk, Dream Theater, The Flaming Lips, *Gorillaz, Green Day, Interpol, Jimi Hendrix, Klaxons, *LeATHERMOUTH, Led Zeppelin, Maximum the Hormone (they're Japanese), *Modest Mouse, *My Chemical Romance, Oceansize, *Panic! At The Disco, Pink Floyd, Queen, *Radiohead, *Rage Against the Machine, *The Strokes, *System of a Down... and, of course, many others :D. The starred ones are ones I especially like (at least at the moment). Pretty much I like alternative rock (as in Radiohead/Muse alternative), indie rock, hard rock, heavy metal, post-hardcore...

I have no idea what to expect! I mean so far it'll be 90's rave rock mixed with lullabies, that also happens to be softer. And of course, it'll be full of chords

  18. You're welcome! Today was way better since my Chem lab was cancelled as there are no labs in the first week of school, so I only had one class to go to, at 2 pm! Very chill. Of course afterwards it was straight to studying though. I don't know if I told you, but my physics class is the enriched course. I wanted to do regular but enriched actually worked way better with my timetable, so that was the deciding factor... anyways, first day and the prof asked us all these questions, and I was so lost! And so many people were getting them right that he said, "Oh, I'm going to have to make these questions harder!".

Oh I see! That's too bad you didn't have a say. Thank you! I'm looking forward to seeing them! And in case you don't hear from me again before the race, I will say now:  GOOD LUCK! I'll be sitting in physics and mentally cheering for you! :awesome:

I really think so. Yeah it is :chuckle:. I think they might have beaten it in February, just that it hasn't been officially declared, and the record we broke was the official world record. I hope that made sense!

They better not stop playing that one! I think Dom said he wants to do Muscle Museum, but I guess if Matt doesn't want to... I guess Chris would be the deciding vote, if that's how they decide on playing songs live. I really hope they bring SfA back, and I agree of your reasoning :yesey::chuckle:. :( Maybe, hopefully.

It's been said before, and it will be said again: Muse are awesome

Yes! I think he's playing the Execution Commentary riff :awesome:. Those lucky people who would surround Chris would go absolutely crazy, I think Chris wouldn't be able to get away . I'd forgotten it was on the Japanese album :$. I'll have to look it up on youtube then

:awesome: Lucky you then, able to watch both teams! I have no idea

  19.. I really wish I could! No problem

I'll pick up where we left off earlier

  20.. That's good it's gotten cooler! It's getting hotter here. Of course nothing compared to what the weather has been like for you. I'll add that to my movie list! You can tell if a horror movie is good if it scares you :awesome:. Yes it does! I agree with that too, for some reason they are. It's not just the lighting difference I find, it's something more than that

That makes sense, that's a good way of looking at it. Thank you! I hope you will bring good news!

I did . I think that would be quicker. Being burned alive would be pretty awful too! I think drowning would be horrible, but according to Matt it's not bad :wtf: (read that in a Muse article I have in an NME magazine). I bet when he's trying to say something seriously you just know that he'll mess up

:noey:. At least Muse have said they won't do another song for the series

That makes sense. Just going by stats alone and his list of awards and accomplishments it sounds like he deserves it! I love that feeling too! I'm really glad for you , also for everyone else who watches the NFL! He's great! I still have to see that. Can't believe I haven't yet. Especially considering it's probably your favourite movie... okay, it's moved up way higher in my movie list :chuckle:. I've heard great things about that movie! Plus it's the Nick Frost/Simon Pegg duo that was awesome in Shaun of the Dead! It really isn't. So in Canada there are the Vancouver Canadians, Montreal Canadiens, and the Vancouver Canucks (which in case you didn't know is slang for Canadians ). Yes, you're right! He's glad he went, and he really enjoyed it. He told me about how all the players had theme songs and I was like oh! The Cards have those too! :chuckle:. He said it went into extra innings and was very exciting!

    :chuckle:

Yes, they are awesome! I'm not saying they aren't, just that they don't make the movie. You'd probably be able to tell. Yeah, these days 3D is common and special effects are crazy amazing! Really the whole world will be so different... things have changed so much in just the last ten years. I hope it is good too! I do too

:kiss: You're so sweet!. So close, pretty much three more days now!

  21.. Two movies, lucky you! Was The Omen the original (from the '70's) or the remake? Yeah that makes total sense and I agree with you. I saw the original Omen and it was very psychologically scary!

:awesome: Go Bradford! That would've been so exciting, wow! So the new younger players that they're trying are really good? When is the next game and the first game of the regular season? That would be awesome to be at the home opener. I hope you get to go! The next game is this friday, in Edmonton, who killed us last time

Yes we are. Me too, I often take things for granted! Really :(. (yeah that makes sense :chuckle: I'm sure that will never happen!). Me too

. I can imagine! I bet you were so close to just escaping from the theatre

I like to think that as well! :awesome: If he stays he'll have a bigger chance he'll get his number retired. Awesome! That's great that you won, and he hit a homerun! I've had an urge to go to Hawaii since saying that :chuckle:. They're great zombie movies. The bye happens after next game, I hope we do as well!

No problemo . I don't think I'll be trying any more puns for a while. Or maybe I will :shifty:. Thank you!

At least it was a remake that was good! Whoa, that's an interesting thought. I wonder! I think it's very possible, and we've got so much of life ahead of us. For one thing, the Spiderman film series has already been rebooted (Emma Stone is in it :awesome:) even though the Tobey Maguire series was only within the last decade. So I think Harry Potter is a definite possibility! I'd see them

If it turns out to be it, I'll laugh so hard , no idea what Canadian Welders would be doing with the White House. Thanks . Thank you! You're welcome, I wish I had a bit more time, but our plane is really early. I'll be back on August 30th, not sure what time yet.

    You're welcome!

  22.

I would really love to! I hope you make your way there then! That'd all be really cool to see! Definitely look into it! You are going to have such a good time

It is! Yeah a lot of teams often do it seems. That's cool! And whoa they're really old too :awesome:. Are they one of the oldest teams in the MLB then?

I hope it's good too. So far the songs have been a really interesting mix between old (classical music) and new (electronic, dubstep) music so I wonder if this next one will continue that trend; then we'd kinda confirm what the album will sound like, I think. Same, I think I'd skip it a lot if the lady was on it.

    So disappointing :(

Do you think Muse will be back here in North America by next year?

Thanks! I'm writing from a hotel in Kyoto. I'm having a really good time so far! Only thing is the heat :chuckle: I think it was about 36 C yesterday! Apparently Tokyo is going to be hotter. Although I should barely complain since St. Louis gets that weather a lot!

  23.

Nice! That's what I did too. We watched The Dark Knight Rises, ate sukiyaki and drank sake. :chuckle:

    Yeah, me too.

:p Okay. The one after the break looks really good, and I think the last few episodes have been better than the first ones. Glad to hear your Christmas went well! Mine was good too; I got some gift certificates, lots of chocolate (which didn't last long enough to see 2013 :chuckle:) and speaking of Supernatural, I also got some companion books for some of the seasons.

  24.

:$ I think I'd laugh... a bit... :chuckle:. That's just it - you're not really doing the moving yourself . It actually fit the trailer too :awesome:! Both were really good! No I haven't... yet :$... so, how was it? No problem; it's awesome you like them! Wow that's another one I haven't seen. I think you've seen more than I have :chuckle:

Yeah, that's what I thought too ! What is it about the chicken...

    Yes!

:chuckle: Ahh well. You do have work though, and the ACT; those are excuses ;)

True! Well I hope for the best for both of our teams and their quarterbacks! Just last year it was. Although we got some in April too :wtf:. Usually we get a year with very little snow, and then the next year we get tons. That would've been nice! It's weird of thinking about snow on my Thanksgiving since ours is early/mid October

I think so too :awesome:. Actually every game in the 1994 Grey Cup playoffs ended like that for us - the quarter-final ending with a last second field goal, the semi with a miracle drive by our second-string QB, and the final with the Passaglia kick. Jeez though there was one time when we were only one or two points up on Edmonton in the dying seconds, and Edmonton only had to get a 30-something yard field goal to win (easy, right?) but the ball holder dropped the ball somehow and couldn't hold it for the kicker :noey:, I felt so bad for him. Thanks! That was such a nice play! I bet you were so tense in those last 20 seconds, not knowing what would happen! And then the relief . I hope so

    Thanks! I'm sure it will

  25.

Haha  yeah, I think writing it all out made me realize how much I actually disliked it :chuckle:.

Yeah, I didn't like how RIGHT after the military guy said "oh, don't go out at night, it's too cold and you could slip" or something like that - just because she sees a guy walking around means she HAS to go out and walk on the narrowest ledges to find out... I mean, sure, okay, maybe she has a thirst for adventure in her heart. But that was a bit stupid. Yeah someone should've seen her.

    Re: Zod, hmm maybe.

Exactly, I really remember a lot of people finding out about Clark being Superman. And good point about all the damage to her house. (Also - his mom got thrown a really far distance and got up without injury... especially as an older woman, that's hard to believe.)

    :chuckle: Perhaps it does!

 That is a great review! :awesome: IHOP. Yeah, that's another thing. There was SO much product placement everywhere... and oh yeah, the Jesus... and the tornado they were clueless of... anyways, yeah I agreed with them xD

I'm SO STOKED for Pacific Rim. Reminds me of Gundam. :awesome: (Ahahaha - sneak in after that movie? :awesome:)

Also, Godzilla's filming in Vancouver now.

There wasn't too much explicit zombie violence. In fact, even the zombies getting killed weren't shown that much, if I remember correctly - not at all like in the Walking Dead. The movie was more focused on the humans than the violence. But then, it's hard to remember exactly - I didn't think about that while watching! Well, I'm going to rewatch it later ;)

Yeah.. I can't imagine what I'm going to have to do to get lots of points for my team :shifty:
