I play it starting on a C major in both hands, with a random rhythm, and then raise the highest note on the chord (the G) to a semitone above, G#. Return back to G, do that a few times, then raise both the G and E (to an F), return it, back to that, and then raise the bottom note © a semitone. The chord has changed to a C# major. Sounds confusing! Repeat this on chords getting higher and higher, I go to Eb, it may be different. I play it in different keys to jazz it up too. In the actual TaB, I believe (?) the first chord is D.
