I personally think the MSWC was a massive success, but many people were saying they were bored of SS and CE always dominating, so I had an idea - another tournament with the favourites removed (an OoS without CE or Bliss, and an Absolution without SS or Hysteria)? Do you think this would be well received, and if so, would you mind if I used your World Cup format? (I have searched, and I don't think anything like this has been done before)

I think most people would be able to decide what songs are powerhouses - maybe remove the highest rated songs from each album. As a knockout tournament, there are 59 album tracks and it would need to be either 64 or 32. Remove the three songs commonly considered the best on each album (Sunburn, Showbiz, MM, CE, Bliss, , PiB, SS, Hysteria, RBS, MotP, KoC, TaB, MK Ultra, Exo 2 & 3[counting Exo as 3 separate parts for more even numbers]), gives 44, so would you suggest having the most popular B-sides (as even the best of them aren't likely to beat CE or SS) as the remaining 20?
