    I don't know whether Goffertpark sold out or not but that was a big show so I doubt they'll play in Holland again until the new album is out.

     

    US shows are the most likely with Lolla rumours as well as the cancelled November shows possibly being rescheduled. UK is obviously the second most likely since they'll most likely be recording the album over here anyway.

     

    goffertpark was a sold out gig yeah. 60.000 people. just as much as they would get at pinkpop

    They played to 300.000+ people in england over 5 gigs, so just because they'll probably record the album over here means they wouldnt dare fly 45 minutes to play in holland.

     

    and who says they'll probably record the album here? resistance was in italy and Bhar in France & New York mostly.

     

    We'll just have to see i think, but if they do a couple, i reckon they'll do this one too.

    I'm hoping to see them at the lesummer festival next year :)

    There's this campaign going on right now on the website of this festival - anyone can send in their suggestions on who they want to see headlining the festival next year. I'm spamming like crazy: Muse, Muse, Muse, Muse. Lol.

     

    that probably wont happen either.

     

    Realistically, they could do Pinkpop. First it was 2004, then 2007, so they would just skip 2010? It would happen if they do other festivals i reckon. If they dont, would it be in 2013 or something the next time?

    I'm still placing my bets on Lolla and Reading. They're close in time to each other and then they can still take the whole summer off as a break beforehand. I hope they premiere some new material if they do those fests. :D

    I think we found someone with less logic than me when it comes to muse when i joined the boards!

    i reckon we might get the same length of set lists. and australia will just get the same old same old like the rest of the shows around the world, apart from perth, where we MIGHT get something

    Generally I take everything Matt says with a pinch of salt. He's known for talking shit and whilst he might not be lying about the direction the new album will take I won't pass much judgement until I hear it myself.

     

    with what matt said, he could just be not talking straight and then come up with something completely different and very bombastic!

     

    Unless they make a slow album, we could have setlists of slow songs!

    I was talking to cleverbot earlier, it told me that Muse was his favourite band and that he's seen them live.... :LOL:

    It knows the lyrics to Starlight, Uprising and Undisclosed Desires too :)

     

    He told me he thought muse was a virtual painter and then asked me who my fave visual band was

    at least he knew uprising when i tested him :)

    cleverbot is awesome when you can take advantage of his questions! :)
