Yes,I got news on Christmas day that my father died. So pissed that I wasn't able to go.

temporary positions sucks, even more if your boss is not flexible

WOW 600 euros one way? airlines go crazy at this time of the year I usually pay 60 euros to go to Lisbon and come back, this time, since it's christmas and all and everyone wants to come home i had to pay 300 euros

 

anyway, i'm sad you couldn't make it *hugs*

 

both of my sisters paid that ammount. sigh. oh well,hopefully I can go in spring then.

Well,there are two reasons why I didn't go.One of them is work.I'm at a temporary position and if I'd miss a day,I could be fired. Second,the plane tickets were sold out but if I'd even get one,I'd pay 600 euros to one way or so. :/
