Have you ever lived outside of Britain? I must warn you, if you ever go to Germany we are definitely a bit harsh. For example:

I'm living in two countries but will probably return to Germany. So the last time I was running around "Airport Frankfurt" queue up. Well, there's always a lot of people and I had a bit of trouble once because I lined up as Business Passenger without knowing.

Friendly asked an employee: Excuse me, but where am I supposed to line up?
