I haven't been that impressed by what I've seen with him (probably because I didn't watch the first part of the season and heard all the hype) but the team is quite close to being competitive for a top 4 spot again. We're sooo much better than last season. It's nice that we are able to hold it together without Gerrard and Carragher too.

The FA cup is fun, but most teams don't even field full strength squads for it (unless they get to a last 16 sort of stage).

Well last season was the worst in years. They haven't been brilliant since the 70's really, though this season is shaping up quite nicely, just need there to be more chemistry with Suarez and the midfield I think. Midfield is really leaving it all to him to score goals. Should be better when Gerrard gets back ofc

I feel that being an Everton supporter would be hard work. They're not a bad team, but they don't seem to have a shot at winning any reputable competition. Liverpool is like supporting the Black Caps. Incredibly frustrating and near impossible at times. When they're good, they're damn good. But something ridiculous can fuck it all up. They are good enough/have the potential to do well then lose to wolves or something. But each season there has been at least one inspiring performance (for both the Black Caps and LFC)

Lol that was nearly as fun as the height fact.

Ha, I was thinking of our conversation as I was walking to my maths internal this morning listening to Deus. Quite confusing. I normally listen to PRR to amp me for exams and the like. But it was also the official end of PRR. Mixed emotions. Final day for school, PRR and Andy (he left to Germany for a few months and some ungodly hour - no not my German friend, he's just Doing an exchange thing). A fitting finale to these things but horribly sad.

I've become pretty removed and people I used to respect seem so petty and like such douchebags :/

Last two songs are like this. I was underwhelmed when I listened to the two singles before the album. But by the second listen it was getting good. It's also underwhelming on shit and/or quiet speakers.
