    I've had my email back from them...

     

    Sent them one back with a request for a full reset

     

    Maybe if enough of us ask for this they might do it? Doubt it though.

     

    Jobby - think they have only replied to people who sent them emails. Don't think they have sent out a blanket email to everyone; at least I haven't had one from them.

     

    I did ask them to send out an email to everyone at the very least if they were totally not going to do a full reset.

     

    Also told them I didn't trust them to update my choices and I wanted to do it myself through the website like I did before...

     

    Waiting a reply now.

    But then apparently the updated list is final? Fuck me, what a mess :LOL:

     

    Wish the band had just set up their own url/voting system for this instead of using an outside company based 8 hours behind the UK.

     

    A full on mess.

     

    I could do this in about an hour. It is tempting.

     

    Edit: this relies on having everyones email address that has tickets - I do not have this :(

    So far their Twitter responses seem to suggest that they are hoping to get away without a full re-set, since they are telling people to email them with any changes to set-lists already submitted...

     

    I'm going to give it a few days. Partly because I don't trust this to be the final version of the list, and also, in Big Brother style, I now have to decide 'what goes' to make way for Space Dementia in my original list. #firstworldgigproblems

     

    Agreed! I sent them an email, but not with changes to my picks.

     

    Asked them to fully remove my selections so I could vote again myself - I don't trust them to update my choices properly...

     

    And that they should do a full reset of the whole thing and start from fresh. Send out new emails, new codes. Admit the cock up and go again. Easy.

    I'm Level 2, GA1, 167, yet from what I can see this doesn't exist in level 2.

     

     

    Okay so question for people: How likely are seats to still be fun? I've only ever been in seats once at a gig before, and absolutely no one was standing in the entire arena, except the two people standing directly in front of me so I couldn't see shit. I guess since this is a hardcore fan gig everyone will be standing and I wont have to deal with any casuals telling me to calm down when Showbiz starts and having them talk through all of HCM?

     

    I also have the option to give the ticket back to ticketmaster and try again on Friday, but that's very risky business...

     

    I've been seated at a few of the stadium/arena shows I've been. I have never sat in my seat whilst Muse have been on.

    My mate has our Reading tickets connected to his profile, but I just went smoothly through without any sign of having a ticket. Don't know if it's gonna be a problem in the door of the SBE.

     

    Unlikely - at least I hope.

     

    They will only check the card you paid for the SBE ticket with - which could easily be a diff card to the Reading/Leeds ticket anyway.

    How/where are people finding out about the support band? Trying to work out the best time to actually get there as we'll both be working that day.

     

    I only know because I saw Marmozets tweet it last night!

    Just hoping now more get drip fed into the system, but unlikely , I know.

     

    Yep, I was sat on the ticketmaster site from 9:00 and refreshed the page as soon as there countdown thing got to 2 seconds to go. :)

    After a moan last night... Managed to get a couple of tickets in general sale this morning! Woo!

     

    So excited for this! Saw muse at Camden Roundhouse a few years back and was awesome being so small! This is even smaller!

     

    AND Marmozets are supporting who are AWESOME live. Seriously, get there early and check them out - they are really damn good.

    Just found out about this, and, no, of course there are no presale tickets left.

     

    Wonder how many of those who got actually live here in Exeter as well...

     

    Won't get in to that debate... I'm from Newton Abbot, but already starting to show on this thread...

     

    Gutted live in Exeter and have missed the pre sale, How many where on there 10 ffs! Love Marmozets as well

     

    Yea I love Marmozets too! Well it's 1800 capacity, so I guess maybe 10%? 150 tickets? Hopefully lots left for tomorrow morning!
