Michelle Greenwood-Brown (previous surname "Wilcox") has just completed a pixelated Mosaic of Matthew Bellamy, it has just gone up for sale on eBay. if you live in Teignmouth (Muse's home town) you can come and see it at the TAAG Gallery. Michelle in 2009 created a mosaic guitar with the Resistance album cover that was signed by all three members of the band and was donated to The Helen Foundation, that sold for £8100. Scrap Bellamy is now on display in the TRAIL (Teignbridge recycled art in the landscape) exhibition in the Tomorrows Teignmouth building in Teignmouth, Devon. he will be on display from 10am-5pm 7 days a week till the 5th of September. check out the TRAIL website on http://www.trail.org.uk He is made from recycled materials and was made by Michelle Wilcox, Robin Brown and children attending creative craft workshops during Teignmouth carnival week 2010. He was first on display next to the stage on the music day at Teignmouth carnival. If anyone is near come along and see him!

Also some of you may have seen the signed mosaic guitar from last year that the band signed, that too was made by Michelle Wilcox and raised £8100 for a local charity the Helen Foundation, check out my previous posts to see pictures of that. and if anyone is in Teignmouth the figure of "Scrap Bellamy" will be on display during T.R.A.I.L (recycled art in the landscape) exhibition in Teignmouth from August 7th.
  5. Matt AKA "Scrap Bellamy" oversees the bands day at Teignmouth carnival on the Den (Saturday 31st July 2010). This model of Matt has been made from recycled materials by Michelle Wilcox & Robin Brown, with help from children attending creative workshops during carnival week.
