  1. I'm selling my 2 seat tix, sec 108 row 4 so they're lower bowl seats, which are the really nice ones. Everytime I miss a Muse concert they play rarities so I'm making the sacrifice for my fellow muse fans lol no but really, I cant make it to this show unfortunately so if anyone wants them I'm selling them for facevalue 170, pm me if interested or have questions
  2. The true people's champion. Funny enough, you could almost say its a hidden gem, but one with an INCREDIBLY low resale value.
  3. Kick ya in the face, knock your teeth out kinda song. I personally love the "inciting" and "society" lines, and part 2 of the solo has to be my favorite moment of any Muse song, even if it does remind me of weezer (in a good way ofc)
  4. Well, this is just a rumor, but I heard if you look hard enough, it's said that you'll actually find good Muse songs! Some people have spent their entire lives doing so though *cough*fabri*cough* all to no avail =\
  5. True, but considering most new listeners are only attracted to the singles, I feel like that's why they're considered hidden gems, because most listeners won't bother with an album. Of course to us they're probably the only good songs, but we're all different when it comes to that. All of BH&R is a gem to me, but if I want to introduce someone to it, il say check out the last 3 songs of that album, gaht dayumm!!
  6. Yeah good point. I guess for me a hidden gem is something that you would say "If you like recent Muse, you need to listen to...etc" to someone who's not on board with their recent releases.
  7. So it's "safe" to assume that the boards general consensus is that the past 3 albums have been "alright" at best. (I personally love TR but that's aside my point) Wanted to know what you guys think are the "hidden gems" of the past 3 LP's. Here's mine... The Resistance: Mk Ultra, Exo: Part 3 The 2nd Law: Animals, Isolated System Drones: Reapers, The Handler That's what I feel would be hidden gems, trying to look at it from an outside point of view.
  8. I'm currently working on a version that should hopefully make the middle section seem more "complete" It will push the song over 10 for sure though. Will let you know when its done.
  9. Very...but I watched it once which was all I planned to do with it. The making of edit is a bit different from the leak (presumably to avoid people not wanting it or something idk lol) so I guess that's "okay". TH was neat, felt very distant tho, Psycho was the only good live shot I think.
  10. Reporting from Cali, I got my Deluxe edition this morning! Art prints were The Handler and Defector (which I fucking love!) Strangely enough, as limited as the Vinyl set was (in terms of what you get), I actually really really like it. I feel like I got my exact monies worth ($). It just feels nice to hold. I agree that the no CD thing is a little silly, T2L's case was wonderful, but I've already got the songs on my laptop, phone and anywhere else I'd need it so I'm set haha P.s if anyone wants to switch The Handler with Reapers I'd like that!
  11. If I'm honest with my self, T2L is a very forgettable album, and I loved the shit out of it during the honey moon phase. I haven't gone back to listen to it in a long time, bar panic station, which wasn't even a favorite from it lol My fear is that Drones won't even last till the end of this year :\ yeah I'm listening to it everyday, but that's just because its pre-honey moon right now. TH and Reapers are the only ones il come back for I feel, as much as I love Defector and DI.
  12. So did we all generally agree that Chris was the true MVP of this album? I mean christ, every song has such an intense bass line, nothing is boring this album! Even fucking Aftermath has Chris sprinkling his scale licks magic! As a guitar player (which includes bass) I enjoyed transcribing his bass licks and riffs, and theyre so much fun and so wonderfully constructed, even if they are simple patterns. He alone makes the album worth while IMO.
  13. Yep. I thought he was an employee, but once they asked us to line up, I realized he was part of this mini Muse fan base that always does things like this, to "make things fair". For me, survival of the fittest. you make your way to the front, good for you. If your in the front, do what you can to keep it that way.
