    Aint been on here for a while, those London shows were immense, the crowd were mental and the room were all very moshy, a few people got pulled from the show on night 2, and the band were obviously happy to be back and it showed, from matt skipping around the stage with the slinging riffs an, drums and bass. And yes Dan the step-in for Morgan was good too. That riff Clunge was "kill or be killed" which i have also captured MOTP and uploaded with a bunch of vids from night 1 and 2, heres Assassin from Night 2 btw the police car crash just over the road, they were in pursuit of someone but totalled their car in to the barrier during the gig. Matt came out to meet the fans after night 1 and a load of us were there waiting to meet him, but people kept following matt around and so security pulled him in to the car. if only people just stood where they were and let Matt work the crowd we would have all had a look in.

    Yep, tempted with Eurockéennes but i have no idea if and how people will be allowed to go to a gig, plenty of plans were made and cancelled for everyone in 2020, hoping that 2021 we can actually go to gigs

    We have to give a big slice of thanks to the fan (Karen) whose idea it was and organised the Set-list by request petition that caught the attention of the band and the tour manager. Over 6K signatures is a pretty good effort considering the amount of people that initially poo-pooed the idea at first

    Gotta say i'm still overwhelmed by this show, from the facemelting brutal opening of Assassin to the magical majestic MM and Showbiz where plenty of dust met my eye. I was amazed at how Matt uses various breathing techniques to open up his diaphragm to reach those highs. I shit ye not he went balls out for the SBE show. Glad i recorded most of the rarities from the front. I don't want muse to be their own tribute act but bloody hell they ought to do more shows like that again, good to get back to their roots and connect with the die hard audience. not enough thanks to the band for this gig.

    It wouldn't be the craziest of collaborations.. perhaps someday, probably never yes. granted that there would be alpha male syndrome and it would probably take a decade to pump out an album if they don't give up or kill each other over whose falsetto is best.

    I can tell you the recent performances at the O2, Birmingham and Manchester were not mimed, I was close enough to see and I think at Glasto they were not mimed.. but if there was ever a gig that you might mime to it would big glastonbury, not much pressure and not that big a crowd

    As someone who was at the front this gig was insane.. got covered in drone confetti and yes, it tasted salty. Matt whistling the globalist was pretty special, I really hope that this song appears on the glastonbury album. Massive dream of seeing Muse headline Glasto achieved loved the staging as it harks back to the BH&R era.

    #1 - Your music has always had heavy influences from current affairs and the political landscape (with albums such as The Resistance, The 2nd Law and now Drones) how do you view events in the UK presently, with politicians attempting to force through unnecessary Orwellian laws on surveillance, eroding civil & human rights, engage in secret trade deals TTIP which promote 'lawfare' and the deliberate dismantling of the NHS? #2 - (for all you guys) Lets think the unthinkable and say what if Muse threw in the towel, had enough and called it a day as a band. If you had the opportunity to join a band that exists today which band would you join and what instrument would you play?

    Whoa mamma.. what a performance. Stood at the barrier all day taking a pummelling from crowdsurfers and hey why not its download ffs.. great fun.. Faith No More tore it up and Mike was the brilliant showman that he is, interacting with the crowd, going over to #323 and issuing a terrorist warning.. and even went over to some poor helpless guy being carted out on a stretcher and gave him some advice and a little sing along in his mike. Muse, well.. i didn't see any bottles being thrown at stage, the crowds justifiably surged and fuck it was heavy, everyone was roaring lapping it up.. a superb setlist, Micro Cuts, Agitated, Dead Star, CE, Dead Inside, Mercy all rocked - as did all the songs.. first live performance of The Handler was voracious.. and the comments from Matt during Uprising were bang on. I walked away glopping in the mud thinking it wont get as good as this for a long long time.. Muse raised the bar, back to where they oughta be. Heres 'Munich Jam' sounded brilliant.. its a real tricky beast and requires impeccable timing between bassist and drummer. [YT] [/YT]
