    Well considering they never announced a release date (but confirmed it was this week) it seems likely they'd just surprise us with the video.

    Oh God nightmares of all the possible videos being taken down now cause of that riff.

    A lot of their riffs might be really old but they just didn't play them live for over a decade. They only get so inventive.

    The intro one is really cool. The Psycho/0305030 isn't really that special really (same RatM-ish formula as MK Ultra's ending riff), but it's just a great jam and it sounded great even from camera audio. MK Ultra's ending riff could probably be a lot heavier with that kind of punch.

    But they had a lot of older casuals who just remembered their big hits and could ride on that. It's mostly worked well so far.

    Muse would be received probably worse than U2. They're not really top tier popularly liked in any demographic widely.

    I remembered they played the first riff before (I forgot it was specifically the Liquid State intro, thanks to JJ for finding it first), but yeah the tone makes it similar to Beautiful People.

    I can't believe we're having this argument at all.

    It's like a total stranger entering your house to put shit food in your fridge and not caring that they entered your house randomly. But then using iTunes is like renting a house where the landlord can walk in whenever he wants.

    Actually yeah that would be a pretty good virus.

    Restricted and proprietary and my general reasons for avoiding them too. He got it wrong anyways. Microsoft kind of dominates with their single platform DirectX. Using an engine such as openGL would make cross compatibility a lot easier and possibly hasten development. But it's not like Apple somehow choose to not allow games.
