can't reset password for members area

I've tried every way possible to reset my password. Instructions supposedly sent to my email address never arrive. My spam folder is empty. In all of the years I have been going to concerts I have never had this much trouble. -

Presales where I've been successful have either provided the link only to fanclub members after sign in with username and password, or a password provided exclusively to each individual fan club member. An idea for the next time around.
