You should probably have checked the link before locking that thread(Matt drumming)

I think the first case was actually judged just a few days ago here. It has been ongoing for months, but now they finally sentenced him to pay an amount that I can't remember. The important thing is that this has now made it okay for companies to demand personal details from the internet providers about their clients.

One of my favourite albums of all time is a bit different from what I assume that you usually listen to. It's a bit of goth, it's a bit industrial, and then a lot of Victorian influences.

The album you should check out is Opheliac

Aw, I feel honoured. Oh and yeah, Sweden are on our way of becoming like that too. It's fucking awful.
Oh well, a few albums:
Fair To Midlands - Arrows & Anchors
Pain of Salvation - Be
Polkadot Cadaver - Sex Offender
Rishloo - Eidolon

Wait what, HOW HAVE I MISSED THAT?
2 minutes too late now, right? HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!

Chris Keller is a great singer, probably the best one they have teaching, but Jesse is a better teacher imo.
Chris Keller on how to sing rock: "Sing "YEEEAAAH" and add some rasp to it"
-
I think it's quite funny tbh. If I could become a world famous vocal coach despite being a crap singer, I wouldn't say no
And it's a shame that Jesse Nemitz works for him/them, because I adore him as a teacher.

Brett is an awful singer, especially in live settings. But he still knows how to teach. He is also very determined to show off range when he sings live. To no use ofc, since it all sounds shit anyway. I heard him sing with Gnecco once, and it's so obvious that he's uncomfortable with singing at all really

I have actually learned quite a lot from SS, especially when it comes to warming up the voice and like you said, loosen up. But they haven't actually improved my singing more than maybe giving me a bit more power in my chest voice.
-
Well, at least that's how it seems. I haven't really gotten into what they actually teach yet

I like how CVI focuses a lot more on how to produce a desired sound than other vocal lessons I have read and heard (*cough*Singing Success*cough*)
-
Hah, I will have to read that at least 2 more times before I get it all, but thanks again. Another question. Is when and how the neck muscles step in due to technique, or simply physical obstacles? While I assume that it's both, I'm talking about Matt in particular right now.
-
Yeah, that's what I try to tell people all the time Btw, a singer like Gnecco always goes really gritty when he gets above D5, but he can still continue all the way to a G5.
Is that a technique to reach high notes, or is it just what happens to his voice?
What I am trying to get to is; could it make singers like Matt go higher, or is it simply just how his voice works?
