    My two bob: Revolt stands out simply because it is so weak compared to the rest. Well, apart from Aftermath which sounds like a Eurovision rejection. You can actually envisage the point Muse stand up off their stools. The rest of the album is sublime, with Reapers, The Handler, Defector, and The Globalist highlights. No coincidence that the best songs are the heavier, guitar-driven numbers (again).

    After Psycho, Dead Inside is not what I expected at all. After the shock, after the third or fourth listen, this is maybe their most mature song I've heard in my opinion. To my ears, it sounds like a song Absolution would listen to if it wanted to go to a disco. Superb.

    Proper rock with just the right amount of Muse melodrama. And it's better than bloody Madness, Follow Me et al. Massive thumbs up. Chuffed to bits. Get in!

Honestly, it's as if they know they've written an absolute beast of an album, and they are quite happy to stoke up the hype. This thought does not help! Refresh, refresh, refresh . . .

    I wanted an early night, and now they drop this; the SS outro! I've been waiting 11 years for this to be included on a studio album, and now I can't sleep. Soon we shall all be sweaty together at some arena going utterly crazy to 'Psycho'. Sorry to those that like Madness, but the disappointment I felt when hearing that for the first time has been totally forgotten in the space of a few Instagram seconds. Bring on Drones.
