Hi all, I am new here and have just purchased Simulation Theory through the Muse store in order to get early access to the pre-sales for the Bristol show on the 5th of June 2019. I should receive these codes by tomorrow (4 Dec) (according to the muse.mu site for the Bristol show). Ticket sales open on 4 Dec for members and 5 Dec for general public. My question is... The codes they send you (and sorry for sounding completely daft) but what do we use these codes for once we receive them?

My email address changed, and I was locked out trying to log in. When I try to change my password it sends instructions to my previous email address which doesn't exist anymore. Please advise how I can unlock my account and change my email address? I can log into the forums, but not onto Muse.mu - and I want to purchase tickets
