Have you ever thought about covering a pop song?
-
I liked hearing the new songs, especially The Handler. And I'm so happy we got Apocalypse Please, thats really all I wanted.
-
while the setlist definitely leaves much to be desired if they keep apocalypse please I'll be happy because that's one of my favorites and I haven't seen it yet, although with my luck I'll get feeling good or something lol
-
Parking wont be an issue, it might be expensive though. I don't remember them charging in the past but they did for Taylor Swift it was about $20 at the venue and I think $10 or $15 at the stadium. But I'm hoping they just charged that much because it was Taylor maybe they don't do that for smaller concerts.

Getting there and out is going to be the same disaster as Ak-Chin Pavilion was for the Foos last month. Good thing it's a Saturday!
ugh that was so annoying, it took forever
got my ticket!
-
Well they did tweet about it. And I'm sure most people probably find out announcements from twitter.

5 December 2015 show at Gila River Arena in Glendale AZ confirmed by venue this morning

Nooo, I was thisclose to seeing them on my birthday it's ok I'll take the day after
-
I'm glad they announced more than 4 dates today but the "additional tour dates to be announced soon" kills me. I will never understand why they don't announce their full tour all at once.
All I need is Phoenix to be in that gap between Texas and Vegas ( preferably 12/4!) and I swear I'll never complain again.
-
it really seems like Phoenix, Denver and Salt Lake City should be with LA and Portland since I think those dates are usually all together. Maybe they're not part of the drones tour but are holiday radio shows and that's why they haven't announced them yet? I don't know that's really the only think that makes sense unless they really are just doing CA and Portland on the west coast for the now.
-
I hope it's true. I really do.
-
lol I'm so annoyed the announcement was about a European tour 7 months away while I'm still waiting for an announcement for a possible tour in 2 months.
if they are playing the U.S. in Nov/Dec, which now I'm starting to doubt, I really hope it's smaller venues because other wise this lack of news just doesn't make sense

Muscle Museum
Dead Star
Fury
Assassin (ugh setlist.fm tells me they played this the first time I saw them, but that was before I really knew them and don't remember so it doesn't count)
Apocalypse Please

Ok. So I've heard repeatedly that Muse will be in the US at the end of the year. Well we're over the halfway mark of the year and yet no tour dates. What's with the secrecy? I'm so frustrated. Announce some tour dates already!
yeah I get so annoyed with each week that goes by without an announcement
-
I'm really liking it and can't wait to hear it live!
-
What did I miss? I'm on lunch and don't have time to go through 22(!) pages.
-
Well I loved it. The setlist was a little short but it's a festival so that's to be expected. Loved hearing Animals, one of my favorites from the new album so I'm glad they played it. Yes Please Agitated was good too (eta I thought it was agitated but I don't either of them that well so I wasn't sure) Great to hear B&H again, definitely one of my favorites.
During Starlight Matt jumped down and was walking by the barriers but I think it was unexpected cause the mic sounded like it was cutting out. Plus Dom and Chris were laughing and at one point Chris was talking to someone on the side and he laughed and said "No".
The crowd was dead last night during OutKast but they seemed more alive tonight. Although being so close to the front I was surprised how calm my area was.
-
I got my tickets (weekend 1) during pre-sale so I'm set!
And clearly I'm destined to see them at festivals cause I bought my Reading 2011 ticket during pre-sale and then Muse ended up headlining and playing an amazing set so I fully expect the same out of Coachella
-
I'm so happy

Dead Star
Showbiz
Muscle Museum
Fury
Assassin
Space Dementia
Hyper Music
Also someone mind telling me where this 20th anniversary tour thing came from.

Not heard but read in a Yahoo Music article about cancelled summer tours.
Major acts such as The Eagles, Christina Aguilera, Rihanna and the Lilith Fair have canceled or curtailed tours, but Pollstar editor in chief Gary Bongiovanni said others — including Lady GaGa, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Muse — aren't having problems moving tickets.Just thought it was funny seeing Muse grouped in there with the others.

Starlight on the mall radio.

My sister went to Fridays yesterday and they played SMBH.
-
Hee, I doubt it. I think it was just the first 30 secs of the song.
